Abstract: La forma en la que fins ara es concebia l'educacio i l'avaluacio dels coneixements adquirits ha canviat i aixo, en el terreny dels estudis de dret, ha suposat una revolucio en la metodologia utilitzada. Tot amb la finalitat de que els nostres estudiants adquireixin les competencies necessaries per a convertir-se en juristes. L'objectiu es que els nostres estudiants adquireixin destreses perfeccionades en el maneig de les fonts del Dret i, especialment, de la jurisprudencia i, mes concretament, en el cas de l'assignatura de Drets Fonamentals i Justicia Constitucional, de la jurisprudencia constitucional. Sera a traves de les practiques sobre drets fonamentals el mecanisme a traves del qual els nostres estudiants adquireixin, de forma gradual, les competencies de la citada materia. Feina gens senzilla.

Abstract: In this paper we reflect on the educational potential of an arts in struction methodology developed by professors in the arts educations specialty in the Master’s program of educational development at the National Pedagogic University (upn, in Spanish). We used this methodology in the accompaniment of instructors at a television broadcast-based junior high (telesecundaria) in order to strengthen their arts instruction practices. After a brief description of the methodology we describe how one of the professors at the telesecundaria used it to teach the arts and combined artistic disciplines with other subjects from the official program, allowing us to observe what aspects of the methodology were transferred to his teaching practices. We also present how the appropriation of some elements of this methodology caused a shift in the professor’s pedagogic and didactic process that point towards a renovated educational practice. Abstract: La implantacion de los nuevos grados requiere una coordinacion adecuada entre las materias, con la finalidad de trabajar conjuntamente en el desarrollo de las competencias que el estudiante debe alcanzar. Nuestra propuesta se centra en compartir actividades de aprendizaje en tres asignaturas del grado en psicologia de la Universitat Jaume I con la finalidad de coordinar horizontal y verticalmente competencias y resultados de aprendizaje comunes. Las asignaturas implicadas en esta experiencia son "Metodos y Tecnicas de Investigacion" (primer curso de grado), "Psicometria" y "Evaluacion y Diagnostico Psicologico" (ambas de segundo semestre de segundo curso de grado). Como resultado, ademas de optimizar el tiempo del estudiante pretendemos que este se implique en su proceso de aprendizaje al comprobar la utilidad practica de las competencias que va alcanzando desde las tres asignaturas.

Abstract: Public reforms in Ecuador norman that Physical Education must be provided by teachers of Basic Education and their application can be extended towards Special Education and the Pedagogy of Foreign Languages, among other fields. This work subscribed to the critical paradigm, aims to contribute to the improvement of the responsiveness of educational communities to the obvious changes and innovation demands of the teaching training processes. It is proposed the transformation of didactic planning and the communicative style of teachers as routes to enhance the results of the specialty. The informants are 30 teachers who hold chairs in public education centers in Ecuador; and 25 teachers in formation at an Ecuadorian public university. The Integral Model for Vocational Training was applied. It was reflected that an experiential didactic scan can positively influence the teaching skills that need to be transformed.
