Abstract
Bishaka Majumdar has completed her M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from the University of Calcutta and pursued the doctoral programme in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. Her research in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, gender issues at work, and mental health, have been presented in a number of conferences, and published in national and international journals. She is presently working as an Assistant Professor (Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource) at the FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
