The efficacy of booster maintenance sessions in behavior therapy: Review and methodological critique

TL;DR: A review of the literature from the past 18 years identified 30 clinical trials of booster maintenance sessions spanning eight target problem behaviors and concluded that maintenance sessions have been moderately successful in maintaining treatment-induced behavior change as discussed by the authors.
