TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a utility model for a cement rotary kiln of a horizontal type and of an inclined shape with the left part of the kiln higher than the right part.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a prolific, environment-friendly and energy-saving cement rotary kiln in the cement producing equipment technology field. The cement rotary kiln is of a horizontal type and of an inclined shape with the left part thereof higher than the right part. The feeding port is arranged at the left end of the kiln shell and the discharging port is arranged at the right end of the kiln shell. A plurality of riding wheel seats are evenly arranged at the lower part of the kiln shell. The kiln outer surface corresponding to each riding wheel seat is respectively in sleeve connection with wheel belts. Each riding wheel seat is provided with four riding wheels, wherein two riding wheels are positioned on the left side of the wheel belt and the other two are placed on the right side of the wheel belt. Four riding wheels on each riding wheel seat contact the corresponding wheel belt. The rotary power plant comprises an outer gear ring, an outer gear wheel and a speed reduction motor. The outer gear ring is in sleeve connection with the outer surface of the kiln shell and is meshed with the outer gear wheel. The outer gear wheel is connected with the output end of the speed reduction motor. A coal injection combustion assistance device is arranged at the right end of the cement rotary kiln. An air duct is arranged on the outer side of the kiln shell for the fan to deliver air to cool the kiln shell.
