Abstract
In-plane angular correlations have been investigated in the /sup 28/Si(/sup 16/O,/sup 12/C ..cap alpha..), /sup 27/Al(/sup 16/O,/sup 12/C ..cap alpha..), and /sup 27/Al(/sup 10/B,/sup 6/Li ..cap alpha..), reactions at 64, 64, and 48 MeV, respectively. Two sequential processes have been clearly identified, namely, projectile sequential decay and incomplete fusion followed by particle reemission. The analysis is based on three-body kinematics and model fits of experimental angular correlation functions.

Dissipative collisions in 16 O + 27 Al at E lab =116 MeV

TL;DR: In this paper, a nonlinear optimization procedure using multiple Gaussian distribution functions has been proposed to extract the fusion-fission and deep-inelastic components of the fragment emission from the experimental data.

The effect of nuclear structure in the emission of reaction products in heavy-ion reactions

TL;DR: In this paper, a few reactions involving α-clusters and non-α-cluster systems to see how the emission processes are affected by nuclear clustering were carried out for intermediate mass fragments and light charged particles (LCPs) emission.

Roles of survival probability and barrier reduction in heavy ion fusion induced by break up

TL;DR: In this article, an effective fusion barrier model was proposed for the estimation of the nucleus-nucleus fusion cross section (σF) using the intensity of transmitted wave both below and above the barrier.
