Improved dental arch splint

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed an improved dental arch splint, comprising a main dental arch body fixed on teeth and hooks for dragging a rubber ring, wherein a plurality of tooth rings for fixing the main dental Arch splint body on a dentition are arranged on the main DAS, and the tooth rings are matched with the teeth in size.
Abstract: The utility model discloses an improved dental arch splint, comprising a main dental arch splint body fixed on teeth and hooks for dragging a rubber ring, wherein a plurality of tooth rings for fixing the main dental arch splint body on a dentition are arranged on the main dental arch body; the tooth rings are matched with the teeth in size; the area is gradually reduced from two ends of the main dental arch splint body to the center position of the main dental arch body; each hook is arranged at the tail end of each tooth ring and is of an integral structure with the connected tooth rings. According to the improved dental arch splint disclosed by the utility model, the main dental arch splint body is fixed on primary molar teeth; the main dental arch body is further fixed on the dentition through the tooth rings, so that the improved dental arch splint can be applicable to deciduous dentition and mixed dentition of children. The dental arch splint is fastened by screwing the tooth rings, so that the fastness of the dental arch splint is improved. One hook is integrally arranged on each tooth ring, so that elastic traction between jaws is facilitated.

TL;DR: In this paper, a computer-aided design of an individual arch bar is described, which includes the steps of obtaining tooth-jaw-plaster-model three-dimensional data, constructing a toothjaw 3D model, selecting a plurality of discretization fixed points at the portions, a set distance away from the edge of gingiva, of the labial buccal surfaces of teeth in the tooth-Jaw 3-D model to generate a curved cylinder model, and carrying out Boolean subtraction operation on the curved-cylinder 3D data
Abstract: The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a computer-aided-design individual arch bar and the individual arch bar manufactured with the same. The manufacturing method of the computer-aided-design individual arch bar includes the steps of obtaining tooth-jaw-plaster-model three-dimensional data; constructing a tooth-jaw three-dimensional model; selecting a plurality of discretization fixed points at the portions, a set distance away from the edge of gingiva, of the labial buccal surfaces of teeth in the tooth-jaw three-dimensional model to generate a curved cylinder model, and generating curved-cylinder three-dimensional data corresponding to the curved cylinder model; carrying out Boolean subtraction operation on the tooth-jaw-plaster-model three-dimensional data and the curved-cylinder three-dimensional data to generate arch-bar-body three-dimensional data, and generating an arch bar body model corresponding to the arch-bar-body three-dimensional data; generating a plurality of drawing hook models and drawing-hook three-dimensional data corresponding to the drawing hook models; generating three-dimensional data of the arch bar; manufacturing the individual arch bar according to the three-dimensional data of the arch bar.
