TL;DR: This paper enlists some of the already existing methods along with some add-ons to improve the existing system for quadriplegia rehabilitation, and designs a system, which will be designed using Raspberry Pi and IR Camera Module.
Abstract: Paralysis is considered as a major curse in this world. The number of persons who are paralyzed and therefore dependent on others due to loss of self-mobility is growing with the population. Quadriplegia is a form of Paralysis in which you can only move your eyes. Much work has been done to help disabled persons to live independently. Various methods are used for the same and this paper enlists some of the already existing methods along with some add-ons to improve the existing system. Add-ons include a system, which will be designed using Raspberry Pi and IR Camera Module. OpenCV will be used for image processing and Python is used for programming the Raspberry Pi.

TL;DR: In this paper, a plataforma prototipo simula parametros de vehiculos electricos for pruebas de acceleration, direcion, and frenado.

Abstract: Goals. The present study was designed to build a prototyping and develop algorithms that allow the detection, classification, and movement of objects of a robotic arm of 4 DOF with the following technologies: ArmUno arm structure, Raspberry Pi 3 B+, PiCam 2.1, driver PCA9685 for servomotors, Opencv3, and python. Another goal was to measure the effectiveness of prediction and classification of objects photographed by the robotic arm, using machine learning with the KNN classifier method.

TL;DR: System performance test result showed that the auxiliary solar power supply of the wheelchair increased the travel range by approximately 86% compared with that of a wheelchair powered by battery alone.
Abstract: A solar-powered omnidirectional wheelchair is implemented for physically challenged persons. The framework was mounted on the wheels that were connected with two direct current (DC) motors. The ratings of the battery and solar module were determined using system voltage (12V). A 7,805-voltage regulator was used to supply 5VDC to the AT89352 microcontroller. The microcontroller was programmed to provide a reference signal to the motor. The motor provides the needed torque to drive the wheels through interconnected relays. The relays are energized by the microcontroller and omnidirectional movement achieved through relays connected with microprocessor and micro switches, eliminating the need for joysticks and complex control mechanisms. System performance test result showed that the auxiliary solar power supply of the wheelchair increased the travel range by approximately 86% compared with that of a wheelchair powered by battery alone.

TL;DR: In this paper, a wheel chair based on eye gesture is discussed, which can move the wheel chair left or right by just looking to the required direction, they can also start and stop the wheel wheel chair, with other eye gestures.
Abstract: The paper discuss about a wheel chair based on eye gesture. This project is made to help the people with motor nerve problem. Though paralyzed, this project will help them to maneuver an electric wheel chair with just their eyes. They can move the wheel chair left or right by just looking to the required direction, they can also start and stop the wheel chair, with other eye gestures.
