...The computational procedure is validated against the numerical results of Iwatsu et al. (1993) and Oztop et al. (2009) for a top heated moving lid and bottom cooled square cavity filled with air (Pr1⁄4 0.71). A 100 100 mesh is used and computations are done for three different Reynolds numbers keeping the Grashof number fixed at 10(4). Comparisons of the average Nusselt number at the hot lid are shown in Table 1. The general agreement between the present computation and that of Iwatsu et al. [21] and Oztop et al. (2009) is seen to be very well with a maximum discrepancy of about 3%....
