TL;DR: In this article, the effect of university tutoring on the academic performance of students of Accounting-Administrative Sciences and Economics of the National University of the Altiplano was evaluated. And the results showed that the tutoring program is an effective tool in improving the academic performances of students, since the students assisted by the university tutor improve the average grade obtained by 1.07 points and with a probability of improvement of 19%.
