Abstract: The invention provides manufacturing equipment and a manufacturing method for producing building boards by utilizing waste materials, and relates to the technical field of waste utilization The equipment comprises a crushing and stirring machine, a heating device, a forging machine and a cooling and shaping device According to the manufacturing equipment and manufacturing method for producing the building boards by utilizing the waste materials, polymer composite material generated in the wind blade production process can be recycled and reused; other substances with certain proportions are added to the polymer composite material waste, processing is carried out on the mixed materials through a series of production methods, and finally the boards which can be used for building engineering are produced; in the production process, waste residues and waste water are not generated, so that the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved; and the polymer composite material waste can be widely used for the building boards and can be processed into building templates, brick supporting plates, roof color tiles, forklift trays and the like

Abstract: The invention relates to a system and method for recycling fiberglass reinforced plastic or carbon fiber composite waste. The system comprises: a cleaning unit for cleaning fiberglass reinforced plastic or carbon fiber composite waste; a screening unit for screening large-sized fiberglass reinforced plastic or carbon fiber composite waste with geometric properties and small-sized fiberglass reinforced plastic or carbon fiber composite waste with no geometric properties; a crushing unit for crushing the small-sized fiberglass reinforced plastic or carbon fiber composite waste with no geometricproperties; a combustion improver processing unit for weighing, proportioning and mixing the crushed fiberglass reinforced plastic or carbon fiber composite waste with a combustible material; a shaping unit for secondary design of the large-sized fiberglass reinforced plastic or carbon fiber composite waste. The fiberglass reinforced plastic or carbon fiber composite waste is treated by subjectingthe fiberglass reinforced plastic or carbon fiber composite waste to secondary design and applying the same as a combustion improver; therefore, waste utilization is increased.

Abstract: The invention discloses novel automobile seat cushion manufacturing equipment. The novel automobile seat cushion manufacturing equipment comprises a crushing device, a dissolving tank and a forming mold; a conveyer belt is arranged between the crushing device and the dissolving tank; a feeding port is arranged at the upper end of the crushing device, a discharging port connected with the conveyerbelt is arranged at the lower end of the crushing device, and the discharging port is provided with a hole sieve; and a stirring reaction tank is arranged in the dissolving tank, an interlayer space is formed between the stirring reaction tank and the dissolving tank, a water inlet pipe and an output pipe are arranged at the lower end of the interlayer space, a water outlet pipe is arranged at theupper end of the interlayer space, and the dissolving tank is connected with the forming mold through the output pipe. Compared with the prior art, the novel automobile seat cushion manufacturing equipment has the advantages that originally useless leftover bits and pieces and disinfected waste sponge foam are further processed and manufactured into an automobile seat cushion, the condition thatthe environment is polluted when wastes are disposed is avoided while raw material waste is avoided, the production process is convenient and easy to operate, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
