Abstract
An object of the present invention is to focus on saliva that can be collected easily and quickly in order to develop a noninvasive blood glucose measurement, a saliva collection and collection method required for the measurement, and a salivary glucose measurement comprising a high-sensitivity measurement. Methods and measurement kits are provided. SOLUTION: An oral rinse for disinfecting and antibacterial bacteria in the oral cavity, an excess water absorber for removing excess saliva and water, a stimulant for promoting salivary secretion, sublingual gland and submandibular gland saliva are collected and collected. Method for using a saliva sugar collection and recovery instrument for performing, and a glucose dehydrogenase, an electron mediator to a reduced coenzyme generated from an enzymatic reaction of an oxidized coenzyme, and formazan generated from a redox reaction of a tetrazolium salt. By using high-sensitivity measurement for colorimetric quantification, it is possible to measure salivary glucose with a high correlation with blood glucose.

Method for detection of chemical reaction with respect to target substance in sample

Naomi Tomita
TL;DR: In this paper, a reaction detection method to detect a chemical reaction with respect to a target substance, for instance, glucose ( 5 ) in a sample ( 32 ) includes the steps of forming a reaction layer ( 3 ) to induce the chemical reaction and forming an oxygen transfer layer ( 2 ), which has an oxygen transmission rate higher than that of the reaction layer, and which transfers oxygen ( 4 ) in the air ( 1 ) to the reaction surface ( 3 ), where the oxygen is consumed in the chemical reactions.
