Abstract: Cabe merupakanjenis tanaman yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis yang cukup tinggi karena harga jual cabe jenis ini relatif mahal dibandingkan jenis Cabe lainya. Cabe adalah padi yang relatif murah dalam biyaya produksi/oprasionalnya karena jenis Cabe ini sangat di sukai oleh masyarakat indonesia.

Abstract: The cause of the low activity of the students in learning Physics in Public Junior High School in Padang,due to the students feel that Physics is not an interesting subject and unrelated to the real world application. These factors have impacts towards the student’s learning activities in Physics, their achievement in Physics, and the student’s learning quality in Physics. One solution to overcome these problems is by applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL)–Lesson Study–Based Approach. This research aims at elaborating the CTL–Lesson Study–Based Approach to enhance the student’s learning activity in Physics, and the student’s achievement in Physics, either the students have low, medium or high intelligence level. This type of research is a combined quantitative and qualitative. This research took place in public junior high schools in Padang on first semester of academic year 2009/2010. The samples for this research were the students in class VII-4 at SMPN 17 Padang, students in class VII-5 at SMPN 7 Padang and students in class VII-B at SMPN 8 Padang. The data were collected through observation, interview, questionnaire and video recording by some observers during the learning process takes place as well as through examination given to the students. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The result of data analysis indicates that the implementation of the CTL–Lesson Study–Based Approach can improve the student’s learning activity in Physics, and the student’s achievement toward Physics for the case of school with students with low and moderate intelligence level. While in the school where the student’s intelligence level is high, the improvements occur only on the student’s achievement in Physics. It can be concluded that the CTL–Lesson Study–Based Approach can improve the student’s learning activities in Physics, and also the student’s achievement in Physics. Abstract: Emotion is an important factor for early child life. Children use their emotion to be able to be survive. One of the factors in early child emotion development is teacher. The technique to stimulate depends on the teacher understanding to the child development and the stimulation it self. This research was aimed to investigate how extent the teacher understanding was implemented in the stimulation technique for early children emotional development. The participants were 30 kindergarten teachers. Data was collected using interview and opened questionary. Data was analyzed through qualitative approach. The result shows that teacher understands the children emotional development, but the stimulation way is based on the manner set and teacher perception. Abstract: Purpose of this study was to find out how the sexual violence occurs, the psychological impact of sexual violence, and knowing how psychological dynamics of sexual assault victims. Subjects in this study were the two people taken purposively with the criteria had experienced sexual violence. Methodology in qualitative research is phenomenological. There are four processes in a phenomenological approach that is epoche, phenomenological reduction, imaginative variation and synthesis of meaning. Data analysis process involves bracketing, horizonalizing, and meaning units to get the textural description. The results of this study indicate that the psychological impact of the subjects who are victims of sexual violence is the presence of post-traumatic stress disorder. Besides having a psychological impact, psychological dynamics of the subjects in this study also have similarities, but there are some striking differences. The big difference in the impact and psychological dynamics is caused by several factors such as personality characteristics, how to solve problems, how to manipulate cognition, and social support.

Abstract: Sarana merupakan segala perlengkapan atau peralatan yang digunakan secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran. Prasarana merupakan segala perlengkapan atau peralatan yang tidak digunakan secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran. Mutu pendidikan sesuatu yang dapat memenuhi atau bahkan melebihi harapan pelanggan pendidikan. Hal inilah yang terjadi di MBI Nurul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto yang mana sarana dan prasarana yang ada masih kurang memadai tapi dapat menghasilkan mutu pendidikannya sangat tinggi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah, 1) Bagaimana pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu pendidikan? 2) Manakah yang berpengaruh dominan dari sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu pendidikan? Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu pendidikan dan dari sarana dan juga mengetahui mana yang lebih berpengaruh domina dari sarana dan prasaran terhadap mutu pendidikan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakn adalah kuantitatif, serta instrumennya menggunakan kuisioner. Kemudian untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya adalah dengan Uji-t. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, 1) Bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara sarana, prasarana terhadap mutu pendidikan, 2) Besarnya pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhaap mutu pendidikan 36,4%. Sedangkan pengaruh prasarana terhadap mutu pendidikan 17,0%. Maka diketahui bahwa variabel sarana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan, 3) Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0,147, hal ini mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhadap variabel Y adalah sebesar 14,7%.
