Abstract: Kini semakin banyak perusahaan yang menghubungkan diri dengan internet sebagai upaya untuk memperluas jaringan komputer mereka. Namun demikian internet memiliki masalah mendasar, yaitu keamanan. Dengan terhubung ke internet berarti terbuka pintu bagi orang lain untuk mengakses bahkan merusak informasi ataupun sistem pada jaringan lokal. Berbagai mekanisme telah dibuat untuk mendukung layanan keamanan di internet, diantaranya dengan pembatasan jalur data antara jaringan lokal dan internet. Namun tidaklah cukup karena protokol TCP/IP yang digunakan di internet menyimpan kelemahan dalam layanan keamanan. Oleh karena itu protokol tersebut diperbaharui agar dapat memenuhi tuntutan komunitas internet atas layanan keamanan. IPng sebagai hasil pembauran, mendukung keamanan dengan menyediakan layanan autentikasi dan enkripsi pada paket IP. Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis melakukan implementasi sebuah layanan keamanan pada ITng, yaitu autentikasi. Implementasi mencapku penggunaan beberapa algoritma seperti MD5 dan SHA untuk proses autentikasi dan penggunaan sistem operasi linux sebagai lingkungan nya. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan layanan autentikasi membuat waktu pengiriman paket menjadi dua kali lipat.

Abstract: Abstrak: Pengaruh Kedisiplinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga pengajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga pengajar Yaspenlub Demak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, budaya kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tenaga pengajar, dan secara bersama-sama kedisiplinan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tenaga pengajar. Abstract: ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Penggunaan Video Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Mata Pelajaran IPA Di MI Negeri Kroya Kecamatan Panguragan Kabupaten Cirebon”. Serta untuk mengetahui respon siswa berkaitan dengan penggunaan video dalam proses belajar mengajar. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik, yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket, dengan populasi berjumlah 27 orang siswa sebagai responden. Kemudian data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan statistik dengan perhitungan prosentase dan korelasi Product Moment. Penggunaan video pembelajaran IPA umumnya sangat diminati oleh semua siswa MIN Kroya, sebagaimana hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap 27 responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian ternyata didapat 79,634% yang mengatakan sangat setuju bila pembelajaran alat pencernaan manusia dilakukan dengan menggunakan video pembelajaran, Hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan video pembelajaran pada materi alat pencernaan manusia di kelas V A MIN Kroya Panguragan Cirebon terhadap 27 responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ternyata diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajarnya mencapai 80,63. Berdasarkan perhitungan data yang dihubungkan dengan angka indeks korelasi (r) product moment yakini berada diantara 0,800-1 yang berarti dalam kategori korelasi yang sangat tinggi, sedangkan hasil perhitungan korelasi antara penggunaan video dengan hasil belajar siswa adalah 1,03 yang berarti memiliki hubungan yang sangat tinggi. Abstract: The intention of the present study is to know how students’ performance on number sense based on the components of number sense and also the sub-components in it. The participants of the study are 80 six graders (12-13 year-old) from three different schools that represent the city, rural, and small town areas. The data were collected using the test. The data analysis showed that the elementary school students’ performance on number sense was still weak on the component of understanding the meaning and concept of numbers. This could be seen in 23.53% respondent. The highest average was 49.75% in understanding the meaning and effect of operation. Nevertheless, the students’ responses indicated that most of those were more dominated by the written algorithms in solving problems. This was also happened on the component of applying knowledge and number sense and operation in computational situation. The students found some difficulties in understanding the meaning and concept of numbers, especially on the domain of fraction and decimal. There were some obstacles the students had, such as misconception about the density of fraction and decimals, about the concept of the part of fraction, and some errors when doing the computation because they paid more attention to the rules and algorithms they understood.

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic which is occurring all over the world indeed has many negative impacts in various aspects. On the other hand, the COVID-19 pandemic aroused the use of e-learning which has been seen as a complementary medium in the education process in Indonesia. This research aims to explore the challenges and opportunities felt by students in private university by implementing e-learning as an innovative learning method in the future. Through the mixed method approach, it can be concluded that e-learning can be accepted as an educational solution in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, but it still requires improvements in terms of comfort, infrastructure, and absorption of knowledge so that e-learning does not merely move classrooms into digital classrooms, but also provides a holistic experience that makes it easier for students to learn and gain knowledge. Research provide student perspectives in undergoing e-learning which is expected to be a recommendation for universities to provide a good e-learning experience. In addition, there is an evaluative step for the lecturer in optimally optimizing e-learning design.

Abstract: Elementary school students’ achievement in natural science in the academic year of 2015/2016 at Cluster V, Buleleng regency, Bali province was considerably low. An early observation also revealed low motivation, negative attitudes towards teachers, low self-esteem and low confidence in self-capability. Therefore, a breakthrough approach was urgently required to improve the students' performance in natural science learning. The current article aimed at investigating the effects of the (Nature of Science) NOS-oriented cooperative learning model with the Numbered Head Together (NHT) on the elementary school students’ achievement in natural science. The study was a quasi-experimental research adopting the post-test only control group design. The research conducted in elementary schools in Cluster V Buleleng sub-district, Buleleng regency, Bali, Indonesia. The research subject was 137 students in Grade 5 consisting of six classes from  5 elementary schools. The hypothesis was examined using an inferential statistics, the t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the learning results of natural science between the students taught with the NOS-oriented cooperative learning model with the NHT type and those with the conventional learning model (t count = 7,048 >t table = 2,000). The students taught with the NOS-oriented constructive learning model with the NHT type achieved better than those with the conventional learning model. Therefore, it concluded that the NOS-oriented cooperative learning model with the NHT type gave positive effects on the fifth year students’ achievement in natural science learning.

Abstract: This study is intended to test and analyze the Influence of transformational leadership and organizational climate to the work satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the educational personnel or lecturers of Sebelas Maret University. There are two variables in this study functioning as free variables, namely transformational leadership and organizational climate . The work satisfaction and organizational commitment serve as the intervening variable. The bound variable in this study is OCB influenced by other variables. Samples in this study consist of 200 lectures of the Sebelas Maret University already been holding the functional positions as expert assistant (S-2/S-3) , associate professor, senior associate professor, and professor . The samples are taken by using the proportional stratified random sampling technique . The technique for data collecting applies the questionnaire , while the data is analyzed by using the SEM technique applying the AMOS 18 program. Outputs of this study conclude that: 1. Transformational Leadership has significant influence to Work Satisfaction leading to positive relationship, 2. Transformational Leadership has no significant influence to the Organizational Commitment, leading to negative relationship, 3. Transformational Leadership has no significant influence to OCB, leading to positive relationship, 4. Organizational Climate has significant to the Work Satisfaction, leading to positive relationship, 5. Organizational Climate has no significant influence to Organizational Commitment, leading to negative relationship, 6. Organizational Climate has no significant influence to OCB, leading to positive relationship, 7. Work Satisfaction has significant influence to Organizational Commitment, leading to positive relationship, 8. Work Satisfaction has significant influence to OCB, leading to positive relationship, and 9. Organizational Commitment has significant influence to OCB, leading to positive relationship. Abstract: Students’ bullying characteristics phenomena has become a concern because educational institution where educative individuals are being train has in fact become a place of bullying. Bullying is an act of hurting someone done by an individual or group. Bullying is not limited to a community or educational institutional, such as a university, as a whole, but it happened in a narrower area that is related to a campus – dormitory. Dormitory, a place conducive for learning is a social laboratory, with an educative, social, moral and regeneration function. Based on the statistical data of bullying cases of university A, released by the office of the student affairs in 2008, it was found out that there are 1 or 2 cases every semester. Bullies usually consist of 1 to 8 students.To know the types of bullying, factors and affects that causes the act on the victims and dormitory community, and efforts of prevention. A qualitative research was done to dig deep into the real picture of bullying. An interview and discussions were done toward 14 reseach subject. Sources and methodology triangular were done to validate the data. Data analysis was done using the open coding steps. Bullying causes factors in university A is the same in general that is seniority factor, imitating the past experiences. Seniors expect themselves to be honored and problem occurred when juniors dishonored them. Bullies bullied because they were once victims, therefore bullying is somehow done as an act of revenge. Bullying acts occurred in dormitory of university A in Bandung. Anti-bullying systems designed by the university are: Religious understanding development, religious teaching implementation, uplifting moral values. Others things done are improving students’ controlling system by the dormitory deans and monitors (dormitory workers). Keywords: bullying, dormitory, students
