In this article, the concept of aberration is proposed as a way of selecting the best designs from those with maximum resolution, and algorithms are presented for constructing these minimum aberration designs.
Abstract
For studying k variables in N runs, all 2 k–p designs of maximum resolution are not equally good. In this paper the concept of aberration is proposed as a way of selecting the best designs from those with maximum resolution. Algorithms are presented for constructing these minimum aberration designs.

A new lower bound to A2-optimality measure for multi-level and mixed-level column balanced designs and its applications

TL;DR: In this paper, a new lower bound to A2-optimality measure is derived and is applied to multi-level and mixed-level column balanced designs, and a 2-optimal design is obtained by the application of this lower bound.

Projection Properties of Hadamard Matrices of Order 36 Obtained from Paley’s Constructions

TL;DR: In this article, the projection properties of 12 inequivalent Hadamard matrices of order 36 obtained from Paley's constructions were studied using several statistical criteria, and generalized minimum aberration designs with 36 runs and up to 7 columns were presented.

(M,S)-optimality in selecting factorial designs

TL;DR: In this article, the use of the (M,S) criterion to select and classify factorial designs is proposed and studied, which is easy to deal with computationally and it is independent of the choice of treatment contrasts.

Employment of the Traffic Management Lab for the Evaluation and Improvement of Stratified Metering Algorithm - Phase III

TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a general methodology for site-specific performance optimization of ramp control strategies using a microscopic simulation environment, as an alternative to trial-and-error field experimentation, and implemented the methodology to the SZM.

Analysis and construction of nonregular fractional factorial designs

TL;DR: In this paper, the Dissertation Analysis and Construction of Nonregular Fractional Factorial Designs (DADFDFD) is discussed. But the focus is on the construction of nonregular fractional factorial designs.
