TL;DR: In this paper, the molecular formulae of the new complexes are as follows: [Rh3(PTZ)2(OH2)2Cl8]Cl, where PTZ=chlorpromazine or promethazine; [RH3(EP)2.2.5Cl9]Cl·H2O, where TF=trifluoperazine; and [Rh2(TC)3(OH 2)Cl6].
Abstract: Polynuclear complexes of RHII and RHIII with fiveN-alkylphenothiazines as principal ligands have been prepared. The complexes were characterized by their elemental analyses, molar conductivities, and spectral data. The molecular formulae of the new complexes are as follows: [Rh3(PTZ)2(OH2)2Cl8]Cl, where PTZ=chlorpromazine or promethazine; [Rh3(EP)2(OH2)2Cl8][Rh(OH2)2Cl4], where EP=ethopropazine; [Rh4(TF)2(OH2)5Cl9]Cl·H2O, where TF=trifluoperazine; and [Rh2(TC)3(OH2)Cl6]. H2O, where TC=2-chlorophenothiazine. A tentative structure for each of the complexes is proposed.

TL;DR: In this paper, the infrared and electronic spectra of the complex ion Mo2O4(dtc)2, MoO3Cl4(bpy)2 (bpy=2,2′-bipyridyl) and MoOCl3.
Abstract: Reactions of the complex ion [Mo2O4(C2O4)2(H2O)2]2− (I) have been investigated. On acidification with perchloric acid and hydrochloric acid, complex (I) gave molybdenum(V) aqua-dimer ion [Mo2O4(H2O)6]2+, which was converted into the monomeric species [MoOCl5]2− in concentrated hydrochloric acid. The initial reaction of complex (I) with mercaptoacetic acid, giving a complex of stoichiometry 1 ligand: 1 Mo, was followed by a slower reaction which probably gave higher complexes. In the reactions with o-aminophenol and 2,2′-bipyridyl, complexes of stoichiometry 1 ligand: 1 Mo and 1 ligand: 2 Mo, respectively, were formed in solutions. The following complexes have been isolated: Mo2O4(dtc)2, Mo2O3(dtc)4 (dtc=diethyldithiocarbamate), MoOCl3. phen (phen=1,10-phenanthroline), and Mo2O3Cl4(bpy)2 (bpy=2,2′-bipyridyl). The infrared and electronic spectra of the complexes and their probable structures are given. The relative ease of replacement of ligands from complex (I) has been discussed.

TL;DR: In this paper, a synthetic mixt. contg. with EDTA by using propiopromazine phosphate (I) as indicator was found, and 4.256 mg Pd(II) with 0.170 and 0.043 mg Ru(III) and Rh(III).
Abstract: Pd(II) was detd. by complexometric titrn. with EDTA by using propiopromazine phosphate (I) as indicator. I forms a red complex with Pd(II), which is discharged by EDTA leaving a yellow Pd-EDTA complex soln. For a synthetic mixt. contg. 4.256 mg Pd(II) with 0.170 and 0.043 mg Ru(III) and Rh(III) added, resp., 4.285 mg Pd(II) was found. [on SciFinder(R)]

Abstract: Pd was detd. spectrophotometrically at 495 nm (molar absorptivity was 4.285 A 103) after complexation at pH 1.5-3.8 with chlorpromazine hydrochloride. Beer's law was obeyed for 0.2-7.6 ppm Pd, and the sensitivity of the color reaction was 0.0248 I¼g/cm2. Relative errors were generally â¼Â±1%. The following concns. of foreign ions gave rise to <2% relative error in the detn. of 4 I¼g Pd/ml: Rh, 9; Os(VIII), 6; Pt, 5; Ir, 4.5; Ru, 0.6; Cu, 450; Ni, 450; Co, 72; Fe(III), 2; Cl-, 6600; NO3-, 2280; F-, 1600; SO42-, 960; OAc-, 725; PO43-, 480; Br-, 160; and I-, 0.8 I¼g/ml. The Pd-chlorpromazine hydrochloride complex had a 1:1 mole ratio and an apparent stability const. of log K = 5.2 at pH 3.0, 27°, and 0.1M ionic strength. [on SciFinder(R)]
