Abstract: The invention discloses a monitoring communication system based on indoor RFID (radio frequency identification) and outdoor GPS (global positioning system) positioning. The monitoring communication system comprises a positioning monitoring communication system and a monitoring service center, wherein the positioning monitoring communication system comprises a GPS outdoor positioning communication module and an RFID indoor positioning module, the RFID indoor positioning module, the GPS outdoor positioning communication module and the monitoring service center are sequentially connected, and the monitoring communication system also comprises at least three RFID indoor positioning labels arranged in different indoor positions. The monitoring communication system has the advantages that the positioning is carried out through GPS via the GPS outdoor positioning communication module in outdoor places, the positioning is carried out through the RFID indoor positioning module in indoor places via the RFID indoor positioning module, the monitoring communication system is compatible with the two positioning modes of GPS and RFID, the precise positioning can be realized both in indoor places and outdoor places, the problem that the indoor positioning cannot be realized through GPS in the prior art is solved, the application requirements of people in aspects of precise positioning and positioning tracking navigation can be met, good development and application prospects are realized, and the social benefits and the economic benefits can be effectively improved.

The battery, the GPS module, the controller, the rfid chip, the wireless communication module, the acceleration sensor and the gyroscope are arranged in the card body. The GPS module, the rfid chip, the wireless communication module, the acceleration sensor and the gyroscope are connected with the controller. The GPS module is used for outdoor locating. The rfid chip is used for indoor locating and providing near-field coupling radio frequency to achieve mess hall, entrance guard and attendance checking functions. The wireless communication module is used for communication with a management system and auxiliary locating. The acceleration sensor and the gyroscope are used for judging a carrier posture and a motion state. Compared with the prior art, the three-in-one multifunctional intelligent card has the advantages that functions are various, intelligence and energy saving are saved, carrying is convenient, and environment is protected.

The satellite positioning device comprises a first processor, a GPS positioning module and a GSM positioning module. The GPS positioning module and the GSM positioning module are connected with the first processor respectively. The camera device comprises a second processor, a display screen, a first camera, a second camera and a storage card. The display screen, the first camera, the second camera and the storage card are connected with the second processor respectively. The first camera is arranged right in front of the shell body. The second camera is connected with the second processor through a data line and is supported through a deformable shaping pipe. The display screen is arranged on the shell body and is used for displaying image information collected by the second camera, and the power supply module is connected with the devices respectively and is used for providing power for the devices. The indoor positioning technology based intelligent building tracking system can obtain a building floor and a specific position at which a user is arranged by calculating the distance between the wear induction device and the plurality of RFID induction modules which are arranged in the floor, achieves indoor positioning tracking indeed and plays a good role in monitoring personnel inside the building, specifically, at least three RFID induction modules can be arranged inside the floor and then the specific position at which the wear induction device is arranged can be calculated, and the detection accuracy can be improved if more RFID induction modules are arranged.

The combination positioning method combines indoor and outdoor location techniques, to overcome environment limitation and realize indoor and outdoor seamless location.

The baseband signal processing module is capable of actively acquiring information of the RFID chip, controlling active transmitting of the information of the label and the positioning information through the wireless communication module, and receiving control commands of the upper computer to achieve wireless positioning. The invention further discloses a positioning system which uses the positioning label of the RFID. According to the positioning label of the RFID and the positioning system thereof, an existing RFID communication mode is kept and real-time tracking and positioning functions is provided with at the same time.
