TL;DR: In this article, questionnaires were administered to senior real estate managers of recently recapitalised Nigerian banks, insurance companies and global system for mobile communication companies, and the successful rate of return (70 %) of questionnaires administered revealed that Nigerian companies adopt a reactive real estate management style that was statistically lower than that operational in advanced countries.
