Abstract
Computer Program Abstracts The category Computer Program Abstracts provides a rapid means of communicating up-to-date information concerning both new programs or systems and significant updates to existing ones. Following normal submission, a Computer Program Abstract will be reviewed by one or two members of the IUCr Commission on Crystallographic Computing. It should not exceed 500 words in length and should follow the standard format given on page 189 of the June 1985 issue of the Journal [J. Appl. CrysL (1985). 18, 189190] and on the World Wide Web at http://www.iucr. ac. uk/journals/jac/software/. CCC–N-heterocyclic carbene pincer complexes: Synthesis, characterization and hydroamination activity of a hafnium complex

TL;DR: In this paper, the stoichiometric preparation of CCCBu-NHC pincer complexes of Zr has been extended to Hf by X-ray crystal structure analysis, and an improved salt formation methodology for preparation of bis(butyl-imidazolium)benzene is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly Active Dinuclear Copper Catalysts for Homogeneous Azide–Alkyne Cycloadditions

TL;DR: In this article, a molecularly defined, highly active catalyst system for homogeneous CuAAC reactions has been developed in contrast to the widely used “black box” reagent mixtures, its most important structural feature is the presence of two copper ions irreversibly bound in the same catalyst molecule.

[1]Ferrocenophanes, [1]Chromarenophanes, and [1]Vanadarenophanes with Aluminium and Gallium in Bridging Positions

TL;DR: Aluminum and gallium-bridged compounds with element dichlorides (Me2Ntsi)ECl2 [E = Al, Ga] were synthesized in this article.

[Fe2L3]4+ Cylinders Derived from Bis(bidentate) 2-Pyridyl-1,2,3-triazole “Click” Ligands: Synthesis, Structures and Exploration of Biological Activity

TL;DR: Cell-based agarose diffusion assays showed that the metallosupramolecular [Fe2L3](BF4)4 “click” cylinders display no antifungal activity against S. cerevisiae, and the observed lack of antif fungus activity appears to be due to the poor stability of the “ click” complexes in DMSO and biological media.

Structure and Bonding in the Unsaturated Hydride- and Hydrocarbyl-Bridged Complexes [Mo2(η5-C5H5)2(μ-X)(μ-PCy2)(CO)2] (X = H, CH3, CH2Ph, Ph). Evidence for the Presence of α-Agostic and π-Bonding Interactions†

TL;DR: In this article, the triply-bonded anion [Mo2Cp2(μ-X)(μ-PCy2)(CO)2] was shown to exhibit dynamic behavior involving mutual exchange of the carbonyl ligands.
