Abstract
Computer Program Abstracts The category Computer Program Abstracts provides a rapid means of communicating up-to-date information concerning both new programs or systems and significant updates to existing ones. Following normal submission, a Computer Program Abstract will be reviewed by one or two members of the IUCr Commission on Crystallographic Computing. It should not exceed 500 words in length and should follow the standard format given on page 189 of the June 1985 issue of the Journal [J. Appl. CrysL (1985). 18, 189190] and on the World Wide Web at http://www.iucr. ac. uk/journals/jac/software/. M and P Double Helical Complexes of Copper(I) with Bis-imino Bis-quinoline Enantiomerically Pure Chiral Ligands

TL;DR: Solid state and CH3CN solution CD experiments confirm that [Cu2(S,S-ImQ)2]ClO4.H2O, both in solution and in the solid state, is a pure double helix of P handedness, i.e., the enantiomer of the species containing the R,R ligand.

Cationic half-sandwich complexes (Rh,Ir,Ru) containing 2-substituted-1,8-naphthyridine chelating ligands: Syntheses, X-ray structure analyses and spectroscopic studies

TL;DR: The mononuclear cationic complexes with 2-substituted 1,8-naphthyridine ligands have been characterized by single crystal X-ray structure analysis and characterized by IR, NMR, mass spectrometry and UV/Vis spectroscopy as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Coordination capabilities of pyrazolyl containing ligands towards the fac-[Re(CO)3]+ moiety

TL;DR: The coordination capabilities of the pyrazolyl containing ligands pz*(CH2)2NH(CH 2)2pz*) towards the synthon (NEt4)2[ReBr3(CO)3]======

Synthesis, Characterization, and in Vitro Anticancer Activity of Copper and Zinc Bis(Thiosemicarbazone) Complexes.

TL;DR: Surprisingly, relative to normoxic growth conditions, hypoxia that is found in the tumor microenvironment decreased the antiproliferative efficacy of most bis(thiosemicarbazones) and their copper complexes and a mechanism of Cu-induced oxidative stress is suggested.

Spacially confined M2 centers (M = Fe, Co, Ni, Zn) on a sterically bulky binucleating support: synthesis, structures and ethylene oligomerization studies.

TL;DR: Two new bulky aryl-bridged pyridyl-imine compartmental (pro)ligands have been prepared in moderate to good overall yields via a Stille-type cross-coupling approach and show some activity for alkene oligomerization forming low molecular-weight materials with methyl-branched products predominating for the nickel systems.
