Abstract: Photolysis of toluene solutions of dialkyl-phosphorus or -arsenic chlorides [(Me3Si)2CH]2MCl (M = P or As) or bisamido-phosphorus or -arsenic chlorides [(Me3Si)2N]2MCl (M = P or As) in the presence of an electron-rich olefin leads to solutions containing persistent (t½ > 1 month at 20 °C) two-co-ordinate phosphorus or arsenic-centred radicals [(Me3Si)2CH]2M· or [(Me3Si)2N]2M·(M = P or As) characterised by their e.s.r. spectra.

TL;DR: In this paper, three possibilities for the synthesis of phenylbis(trimethylsilyl)phosphine are described, which can be easily synthesized by cleavage of diarylphosphines with lithium and further reaction with chlorotimethylsilane.

TL;DR: The first 1,3,2,4-Diazadiphosphetidine-2-ylium-salz as discussed by the authors was formed by the reaction of a phosphatriazene with dichloromethylphosphine, by cyclization of the bis (tert-butylamino) methylphosphines with phosphorus halides or by Grignard reaction of P-chloro-diazadophosphines.
Elementorganic Amine/Imine Compounds, XVI New Diazadiphosphetidines The P-methyl-diazadiphosphetidines 2 and 5 are formed by the reaction of a phosphatriazene with dichloromethylphosphine, by cyclization of the bis (tert-butylamino) methylphosphine with phosphorus halides or by Grignard reaction of P-chloro-diazadiphosphetidines. 2 and 5 can be oxidized to the diazadiphosphetidine-mono- and -dichalcogenides 6 and 7 (X = O Te), trimethylsilylazide oxidizes 5 to the diazadiphosphetidine-diimide 7e. With methylhalides 2 and 5 form the cyclic phosphonium salts 8 and 9.2 and AlCl3 yield the first 1,3,2,4-Diazadiphosphetidine-2-ylium salt 12, a phosphorus nitrogen compound in which one phosphorus atom has the coordination number two.
