Abstract: The present invention provides a polypropylene-based composite capable of exhibiting impact strength characteristics, particularly, significantly improved impact strength characteristics at low temperatures, together with excellent strength characteristics, even without using a separate additive, by comprising (A) polypropylene and (B) an olefin-based polymer satisfying the following requirements, (b1) to (b4): (b1) density (d): 0.850 g/cc to 0.910 g/cc; (b2) melting index (MI, 190°C, 2.16 kg load conditions): 0.1 g/10 min to 100 g/10 min; (b3) molecular weight distribution (MWD): 1.5 to 3.0; and (b4) i) having two peaks in a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C for the measurement of temperature rising elution fractionation and ii) T(90)-T(50)‰¥60°C (where, T(90) is the temperature at which 90 wt% of olefin-based polymer is eluted and T(50) is the temperature at which 50 wt% of olefin-based polymer is eluted).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a copolymer satisfying the following conditions: (1) density (d) is 0.85-0.89 g/cc; (2) melt index (MI, 190°C, 2.16 kg load condition) is 15-100 g/10min; (3) the number of unsaturated functional groups (total V) per 1,000 carbon atoms is 0.8 or less; and (4) the total Vs of vinylene and vinyl per 1,000 carbon atoms as measured by nuclear magnetic spectrum analysis satisfies (a) vinylene/total V=0.1-0.7 and (b) vinylene/vinyl=0.8-1.6. According to the present invention, the olefin-based copolymer, as the contents and types of unsaturated functional groups therein are adjusted, exhibits high fluidity while showing improved properties in terms of hardness, flexural strength, tensile strength, and the like.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an olefin-based copolymer which has novel crystalline properties, and enables production of molded articles with enhanced impact strength and mechanical properties in compounding with other resins. The olefin-based copolymer includes an ethylene repeating unit and an alpha-olefin-based repeating unit. When analyzed by a temperature rising elution fractionation method, the olefin-based copolymer shows a first fraction and a second sub-crystalline fraction at a predetermined temperature respectively. When each weight average molecular weight of the first fraction and the second sub-crystalline fraction are calculated, a certain ratio is satisfied.

The ethylene/α-olefin interpolymers are block copolymers comprising at least a hard block and at least a soft block. In some embodiments, the ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer can function as a compatibilizer between the two polyolefins which may not be otherwise compatible.
