Abstract: A power grid technology innovation project standard cost management system comprises technology innovation single project type sorting, single project unit final settlement account arranging, technology innovation single project standard cost management system constitution basic unit determining, power grid technology innovation single project equipment parameter sorting, sample data analyzing and calculating, and technology innovation project standard cost system establishing. On one hand, the system contributes to open and transparent fund utilizing rules, standardizes engineering project management, ensures the engineering quality and prevents the occurrence of such phenomena as money interception and diversion; and on the other hand, technology innovation cost analysis data is enabled to be observable, measurable and traceable, the efficiency and quality of technology innovation project cost evaluation, analysis and prediction are greatly enhanced, and the technology innovation project cost management and control capability is strengthened.

The method includes the step that an automatic design system for transformer substation technical transformation engineering is provided, wherein the automatic design system for transformer substation technical transformation engineering comprises an engineering type selection module, an electrical parameter check module and a design result generation module. According to the method, modular classification is carried out on all engineering types in the transformer substation technical transformation engineering, involved devices can be directly called, designers only need to input design conditions and perform simple modification, and then main materials, auxiliary materials and instruction files needed by the engineering can be conveniently output, so that design reports and martial statistical tables are more comprehensive and more standard, the design time of the designers is greatly shortened, the error probability of the designers is greatly reduced, and the engineering construction cost is easily reduced.

The data side is formed by a plurality of databases used for storing operation parameters of whole factory equipment of the thermal generator set. The application server is used for receiving the operation parameters of whole factory equipment in the data side, processing the parameters obtained from the data side through a preset module, comprehensively calculating the whole factory overall process energy distribution conditions and performing cost analysis and performance analysis on the whole operation process of the set. The client side is used for dynamically displaying the calculating and analyzing results of the module. The system analyzes the set in two aspects, namely the whole process energy and the cost; energy use conditions and energy loss conditions can be mastered through energy distribution; cost analysis can visually reflect the set operation conditions and the influence of raw material prices on set production cost; multiple management and decision bases are supplied to leaders of thermal power plants.
