TLDR
Ethanol production by Zymomonas mobilis (ATCC 10988) was studied by using different concentrations of glucose, and a glucose concentration of 50–150 g/litre showed the highest ethanol-yield efficiency.About:

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of zinc as ZnSO4·7H2O on the ethanol formation of bacteria was investigated and it was found that, addition of 0.17g−l−1 of zinc to the fermentation medium of T. ethanolicus (JW200) was increased the ethanol ratio by ca. 39% and 23% for Thermoanaerobacter strain 65-2.
