Smart Security for an Organization based on IoT

Abstract: This research describes a low cost and flexible security system which is basically based on Arduino with necessary interface to enable Internet and the control of power through Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) & Bluetooth module (HC-05). This paper consumed more real life interactions along with embedded software solutions. In this project a password is set for the access of all sensors, for this we use LCD Display and Keypad. Motion sensor, gas module, reed sensor, laser sensor, all the sensors are used to detect theft and unwanted occurrences. Control Panel Interface of Web Server and android voice control both are created to control of all lights of the organization and for the purpose of power savings. The proposed system requires minimum human intervention to control the system. This research ensures the safety of organization from unwanted occurrence and theft. The main contribution of this paper is that it not only helps to ensure the security of an organization but also energy efficient and time saving.

Abstract: In this modern era where energy is the major concern worldwide, it is our prior responsibility & liability to save energy effectively With the development of technology, where automation system plays a vital role in daily life experience and also it is being preferred over the traditional manual system today The main purpose of this project is to invent an intelligent system which can make decisions for luminous control (ON/OFF/DIM) considering the light intensity Here the day and night mode can be identified by fixing a particular intensity value on LDR sensor and street light can be controlled by IR sensor The interesting part of this paper is the installation of solar cell for the power supply but in course of circumstances, if the solar cell is unable to do so, a secondary backup DC current will maintain the situation immediately Another remarkable part of this project is to maintain the traffic signal automatically without any help of traffic police and monitor the entire system through internet by installing surveillance camera All the components of this project are very simple and cost effective but efficient to make a reliable intelligence system

Abstract: The use of private vehicles intensifies the existing unbearable traffic jam and majority of the parents consider school buses to be largely unsafe for their kids. However, safe and user friendly school buses can reduce the use of private vehicles and will eventually cut back the traffic jam in cities especially in school hours. All buses can be tracked by the guardians using the proposed intelligent and secured tracking system for school buses. This proposed system includes an Android application that can be employed to send notifications during entry and exit of the students using radio frequency identification (RFID) as well as Fingerprint scanner, ensuring arrival confirmation of the student by dual authentication. The system will also notify parents when the bus is a 15-min distance away from the home. To ensure on-board safety, ‘Window Signalling’ will also be used. The focus of the research is to display the feasibility of a safe and intelligent school bus using secured tracking system based on dual authentication procedures. It is expected that the offshoot of this research initiative will regain the confidence and reliability of parents in school bus and reduce the use of individual transport. A smart school bus will keep the student safe, easing the tension for parents and the city will have a smooth traffic system.

Abstract: The modern era is Robotic and IoT era. Robots are reducing human works. Robots are broadly using in Restaurants, Farming, Hospitals and various fields now a days. This work results a low cost IoT Robot that can work like a waiter in a restaurant. The developed robot can follow line and avoid obstacles. The robot can take and serve orders to the customers. It reads RFID from tables to recognize particular orders from customers. The collected data will be saved in a cloud database. Taken orders by robots will automatically go to the chefs. Each order bill will also be generated on the robot. The robot will be able to take the bills also. The full system is made in very low cost than previously made systems. It will not increase unemployment problem too.

Abstract: With the rapid increase of population, nonrenewable energy loss has become one of the prior concerns worldwide in recent years. Researchers are working on the proper utilization of renewable energy to save the rest of the non-renewable energy sources for future generations. One of the purposes of this research is to develop an intelligent automation system that can decide luminous control operation based on light intensity. Here, LDR sensor is installed in such a way that it can be able to identify Night and Day mode using a certain intensity value, and as well as IR sensors take over the control of street light. The solar cell will be used for power supply here and DC current will work as a secondary backup. The article also involves automatic monitoring of traffic controls through a video system. The camera incorporates automatic text retrieval from video data utilizing lip reading by decoding facial expression utilizing deep learning methods. The proposed solution includes a test data collection, an interpretation of the picture frame, and a text production of the specified words. The test data collection will be structured in the proposed methodology by integrating all potential facial expressions of different words.

Abstract: Bangla is one of the 8th major spoken languages around the world and like other widely spoken languages, it is a very morphologically rich language. It has two styles, one is standard literary style, known as Sadhu Bhasha and the other one is a standard colloquial style which is known as Cholito Bhasha. Mixing both the styles in a written document is considered as a grammatical error in Bangla language known as Guruchondali Dosh. This research aims to develop an algorithm to identify the style of a Bangla paragraph i.e. whether it is in Sadhu Bhasha or Cholito Bhasha from a given Bangla paragraph input. It's a contribution towards finding the Goruchondali Dosh which is a common grammatical mistake in written Bangla language as it was observed that a number of research work for identifying Bangla grammar mistakes is not so notable whereas it is a common trend in other language researchers.

Abstract: Because the wireless remote monitoring system has more and more application, a remote monitoring system based on SMS of GSM is presented. Based on the total design of the system, the hardware and software of the system is designed. In this system, GSM network is a medium for transmitting the remote signal. The system includes two parts which are the monitoring center and the remote monitoring station. The monitoring center consists of a computer and a TC35 communication module of GSM. The computer and TC35 are connected by RS232. The remote monitoring station includes a TC35 communication module of GSM, a MSP430F149 MCU, a display unit, various sensors, data gathering and processing unit. The software of the monitoring center and the remote monitoring station is designed by using VB. The result of demonstration shows that the system can monitor and control the remote communication between the monitoring center and the remote monitoring station, and the remote monitoring function is realized.

Abstract: This research work investigates the potential of Full Home Control, which is the aim of the Home Automation Systems in near future. The analysis and implementation of the home automation technology using Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) modem to control home appliances such as light, conditional system, and security system via Short Message Service (SMS) text messages is presented in this paper. The proposed research work is focused on the functionality of the GSM protocol, which allows the user to control the target system away from residential using the frequency bandwidths. The concept of serial communication and AT-commands has been applied towards the development of the smart GSM-based home automation system. Homeowners will be able to receive feedback status of any home appliances under control whether switched on or off remotely from their mobile phones. PIC16F887 microcontroller with the integration of GSM provides the smart automated house system with the desired baud rate of 9600 bps. The proposed prototype of GSM based home automation system was implemented and tested with a maximum of four loads and shows the accuracy of greater or equal 98%.

Abstract: In the past decade, wireless communications experienced an explosive growth period and became an integral part of modern society. The convenience and flexibility offered by mobile communications have made it one of the fastest growing areas of telecommunications. Mobile communication systems have experienced rapid growth in the number of users as well as the range of services provided during the last two decades. The Global System for Mobile communications, GSM, is a pan-European Mobile communication system in the 900 MHz band which was first introduced in the early years of this decade. An increasing demand for data transmission services over the GSM system has been driven by the wide use of the internet applications. In this thesis, we focus on the survey of GSM for wireless communication, which is one of the most widely deployed second generation wireless cellular systems in the world. While voice was the primary service provided early communication systems, current systems offer other transmission services. One of the most commonly used cellular systems is based on the Global System for Mobile communication, GSM, standard. We briefly introduce the GSM System configuration and major properties. It included five parts. It is about service and features, architecture of GSM system, channel and frame structure of GSM, GSM security features, data in the GSM System.

Abstract: In recent years, the home environment has seen a rapid introduction of network enabled digital technology. This technology offers new and exciting opportunities to increase the connectivity of devices within the home for the purpose of home automation. Moreover, with the rapid expansion of the Internet, there is the added potential for the remote control and monitoring of such network enabled devices. However, the adoption of home automation systems has been slow. This paper identifies the reasons for this slow adoption and evaluates the potential of Zig-Bee for addressing these problems through the design and implementation of flexible home automation architecture. Device control is a process that is done in the day to day life of mankind. Usually there are a number of devices associated with home and an efficient control of these systems is a tedious task. The rapidly advancing mobile communication technology and the decrease in costs make it possible to incorporate mobile technology into home automation systems.
