TL;DR: In this article, the main structural features of 240 Tc complexes whose X-ray crystal structure has been determined during the period 1986-1992 were reported, with 294 references and 41 figures.

TL;DR: In this paper, the electrochemical and structural aspects of homoleptic quinoidal (or pseudo-quinoidal) molecules coordinated to (single) transition metal ions are updated. But, since 1,2-dioxolenes are redox-active molecules able to shuttle reversibly through the sequence quinone/hydroquinone/catechol, their metal complexes can display both the ligand-and the metal-centred electron transfers, which in some cases can overlap or trigger internal charge reorganizations.

TL;DR: In this article, the coordination chemistry of technetium and rhenium is reviewed and the complexes are arranged according to the donor-atom sets in the coordination sphere, where the donor atoms are chosen according to their positions in the atom sets.
Abstract: This review covers the coordination chemistry of technetium(V) and — to some extent — rhenium(V). In this survey, the complexes are arranged according to donor-atom sets in the coordination sphere.

TL;DR: The chemistry behind the development of technetium-99m (Tc- 99m) complexes useful for determining renal (kidney) function is discussed and the design of these compounds so that they will be stable in vivo, actively taken up by the kidney, excreted from the body without being metabolized.
