Abstract: The invention relates to a synthesis method of aryl ketone compounds, which comprises the following step: in a reaction solvent, reacting nitrile compounds with aryl boric acid in the presence of a palladium catalyst, a ligand and an accelerator to obtain the aryl ketone compounds. The method has the advantages of simple reaction and high yield, is simple to operate, is a brand-new synthesis method of aryl ketone compounds, provides a new synthesis route for synthesis of the aryl ketone compounds, and has favorable scientific research value and industrialization potential.

Abstract: Using moelcular oxygen as the terminal oxidant, various aryl halide-containing beta-aryl ketones and aldehydes can be synthesized directly from readily available allyic alcohols and boronic acids via palladium-catalyzed oxidative cross-coupling reactions. The dual roles of copper, including electron-carrier and Lewis acid functions, are supposed to be critical for the high reactivity and selectivity of this aerobic oxidative coupling transformation.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing alpha-aryl ketones compounds by adopting a one-pot method and using low-cost easily-available aromatic aldehyde and halogenated hydrocarbon as starting raw materials under the participation of organic micromolecular N-heterocyclic carbene. The method has the advantages of simple operation, mild preparation condition, easy massive commercial preparation and the like, and overcomes the defects that precious metals are used as catalysts and the preparation condition is serious and the like in the prior art.
