TL;DR: In this paper , the authors focus on the lives of working women, specifically on analysing the issue of work-life balance and creating a model for optimal worklife balance, which is a pressing concern in today's culture.
Abstract: Over time, technology will transform how we work. It also impacts workplace interpersonal interactions. Technology has also affected the structure and process of government, although intellectual power has increasingly substituted bodily dominance. Initially, white-collar employees replaced blue-collar workers, followed by knowledgeable personnel. Traditional roles of women in the home and in society have also shifted. Due to their education, they were able to enter almost every sector of life, including business, government, politics, etc. However, these traditional family responsibilities have not lessened. Ancient India has a system that granted women total freedom. These revivals have brought with them a variety of opportunities and challenges, such as the ability for women to rise to the top in one region while being held back by family obligations in another. Therefore, family duties must be fulfilled. Women take a more prominent and important role exclusive the family. They need time for themselves as well. Consequently, achieving a healthy work-life balance is a pressing concern in today's culture. The major emphasis of this thesis is on the lives of working women, specifically on analysing the issue of work-life balance and creating a model for optimal work-life balance.

Abstract: In this study, data obtained by the quantitative method, which were surveyed to examine the cause-and-end relationship; factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA and regression analyses were carried out with the SPSS statistics program. The population of the research was 6745 people working in the electronics and optics sector in Ankara Organized Industrial Zones and 464 people were sampled from the study. Regression equation results reveal that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on work performance, emotional intelligence affects the job satisfaction of individuals, and it is decisive upon life satisfaction resulting in the total satisfaction of individuals. However, cognitive intelligence (IQ) alone does not affect employee performance. Consequently, high levels of emotional intelligence of individuals also positively affect their social life, job satisfaction and performance. Therefore, the results are supported by the scope of this thesis, domino effect of business satisfaction, employee performance, operating efficiency, business world and country prosperity.

TL;DR: This article reviewed the literature on work-life interface (WLI) studies conducted in India, including how cultural and institutional factors affect the worklife balance perception of Indian employees and how they differ from the west.
Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this study is to review the literature on work–life interface (WLI) studies conducted in India, including how cultural and institutional factors affect the work–life balance perception of Indian employees and how they differ from the west. Design/methodology/approach The preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta analyses (PRISMA) framework was used to select studies included in this systematic review. Findings Employees in India prioritize their family first because of the collectivist culture as opposed to the west, where work forms the role of root identity. Further, it was found that institutional support in India is lower than in developed western countries, resulting in difficulty for Indian employees to balance their work and life domains. Additionally, methodological advancement and large-scale multilevel research are much needed in India, as research on work–life studies is still in its infancy. Research limitations/implications This study is limited to qualitative synthesis of PRISMA framework. Adopting more advanced “meta-analysis” techniques to review quantitative studies could result in more comprehensive and informative results. Originality/value Since 2009, there has been an increase in empirical studies conducted on work–life studies in India, but no systematic review has been conducted to understand the various theories and variables used by researchers. In this study, we developed a conceptual model to increase the theoretical knowledge of WLI constructs.
