The modern education system in Russia

Abstract: The article deals with the role of a modern teacher of higher education. The emphasis is on changing the approach to the process of obtaining and transferring information, including modern communication technologies and the Internet. The article defines the role and functions of the state and civil society in ensuring national interests through the formation of a high-quality and affordable higher education system in the Russian Federation that meets the modern challenges. Goals. Exchange of pedagogical experience and the possibility of its application taking into account local specifics. Methods. Based on experience in scientific, pedagogical and economic activities, using examples of administrative and other regulation of the education sector, the authors focus on the problems in the field of higher education, including those caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. They offer the ways to solve these problems taking into consideration the examples of their own practice as well as Russian, Soviet and world experience. Results. The education system is always sensitive and responsive to changes in society. Following the development of human, industrial, and economic relations, the educational system of relations is developed as well. Thanks to the perfection of modern information and communication technologies, new opportunities for teacher-student interaction appear allowing not only to expand the scope of joint activities, but also to make the learning process to be more individualized. At the same time, if the modern generation does not understand the fundamental role of knowledge that a teacher can give, so the speculative, marketing, and other technologies for studying and influencing mass behavior and consciousness can suppress the will and conscience of a person and deprive him free choice in the future. Conclusions. The quality of human resources, as an important component of the productive forces of society, determines sustainable growth and the development of the socio-economic model. It is necessary to increase an attention to the training of highly professional specialists, citizens and patriots, to educating a generation of future builders of a new prosperous Russia.

Abstract: The development of modern information and communication technologies leads to the emergence of new requirements for the preparation of bachelors of higher educational institutions. These requirements justify the need for digital competencies. The process of their formation in the conditions of informatization of vocational education is of high importance. Digital competencies contribute to the creativity of thinking, an initiative in achieving goals, the formation of cognitive skills, including a focus on self-development and achieving high results, increasing the competitiveness of the bachelor in the labor market. The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of the formation of digital competencies of bachelors by higher educational institutions. These competencies represent the ability and willingness to use electronic educational resources for educational and professional activities. Digital competencies are based on computer literacy and the independence of digital tools. Digital competencies reflect the use of digital teaching aids - a set of methods and technologies used in digital didactics. New electronic tools were introduced into the educational process, which was used by students in carrying out professional activities. Electronic technologies were used as the main and additional educational materials in the organization of individual and group work.

Abstract: Game technologies allow bringing the educational process as close as possible to professional activities, activating the cognitive interest of students in the study of professional disciplines. The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of implementing gaming technologies in the preparation of students of higher educational institutions to increase their motivation for learning. Game technologies are a set of methods and techniques for organizing the educational process in the form of various games that stimulate cognitive activity. They allow you to simulate a real workflow and consolidate theoretical material. Motivation is defined as a set of internal motivations that explain the student’s behavior, orientation and activity in the educational process. Motivation acts as a continuous choice and decision-making based on weighing behavioral alternatives. The article presents a study of the impact of gaming technology on changing students' motivation. As a tool for the study of motivation, we used Dubovitskaya methodology for the diagnosis of motivation. The study reflects the impact of gaming technology on changing student motivation. The implementation of gaming technologies in the training of students of a higher educational institution helps to increase the motivation of students to study professional disciplines, the formation of professional competence.

Abstract: The search for innovative forms and teaching methods is highly significant in the context of continuing education, since the competitiveness of modern teachers depends on the quality of the continuing education process. The purpose of the article is to analyze the experience of using innovative forms and methods in the system of advanced training and professional retraining of students. The article presents the experience of organizing the work of students using modern forms and methods of advanced training. The implementation of video conferencing allows students to learn advanced professional experience, exchange relevant information, ask leading experts questions of interest and receive recommendations. Training activities contribute to the intensification of the learning process. It is aimed both at mastering the cognitive component of the information transmitted by the teacher, and the formation of new professional models of behavior that meet modern requirements for the implementation of pedagogical activity. Mental maps are a means of logical structuring of information and are aimed at its operational development. Project activities allow students to build professional competence, find new innovative ways to solve problems, assess the feasibility and effectiveness of project ideas.

Abstract: The state, society and the labor market are making ever higher demands on teaching staff. Compliance with the established requirements forces students to increase energy consumption, the rate of development of the data, which entails a violation of biological rhythms, poor health and poor performance. Therefore, there is a need to improve the competencies of teachers related to mastering ways to improve the functional state and human health. The relevance of health-saving technologies implementation in vocational education is growing. Since there is no special course for their study, additional training courses on this topic become popular. Purpose of the article: designing the content of the course for additional professional training of teaching staff, ensuring the achievement of the development of health-saving technologies and their use in professional training. The aim of the course is to promote development of the competencies of teaching staff in the field of health-saving technologies application. The article reveals the possibilities of health-saving technologies, the role in preparation of an efficient, highly qualified specialist who meets modern requirements and is able to carry out professional activities at a high level. The study, in which experts selected from among the teachers of a higher educational institution, contributed to the solution of the problem of selecting the content of the course of additional professional training. When selecting the course content, an expert opinion on the established criteria was taken into account. As the planned results of the course, we determined a list of competencies that ensure the ability and willingness of teachers to systematically implement health-saving technologies.

Abstract: The current stage of political, economic and social development is characterized by the active introduction of digital technologies, which have become an integral part of society. The education sector has not been on the sidelines. Today, the field of education, including professional, includes the use of various electronic media and resources. The need to build a digital educational space is determined by a series of factors, among which the development of the digital economy and its requirements for the training of specialists predominate. Digital technology has transformed learning and teaching. At the center of the modern stage of technological development for the foreseeable future, smart technologies will continue to play a dominant role. The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of digital technology on the quality of training of students in continuing education courses. A study among students of continuing education courses has established the impact of digital technology on the quality of training of students of continuing education courses. The essence of digitization in education is highlighted in the article, the details of the digital presentation of information are determined, the characteristics of the implementation of digital technologies are revealed, and their capabilities are noted.

Abstract: The paper considers an educational aspect of extracurricular activities at the department of foreign languages, Voronezh State Pedagogical University, which are based not only upon the language disciplines but also upon pedagogical ones. Using a variety of methods indicated in the research, the authors conduct a poll among the prospective teachers, the sophomores of the faculty of foreign languages, the results of which demonstrate the students’ understanding of priority trends in extracurricular activities with due regard to individual culture. The result interpretation also shows the students’ readiness for their teaching practice as well as “sore points” in their training. The present priority trends, as seen by the students, should be spiritual, moral and patriotic education. Extracurricular activities at university broaden the students’ horizons, hone their observational skills, creative thinking, generate new knowledge, develop teambuilding skills, boost motivation and willingness to learn. The research can be of interest to university and school professionals, scholars and students.

Abstract: Land resource is the most fundamental element for the existence and development of human beings. It is also basic means of production for the whole economic development. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, populations continue to mounting, causing the demands for land resources continue to grow and the land conflict continue to escalate. Therefore, the demands for land resource management have become imperative. Based on the discussions about the change of the land utilization pattern, the promotion for the intensive and economical utilization of urban construction lands and the theoretical analysis on the urban stock lands remediation, this paper analyzes on the remediation methods for the urban stock lands.

Abstract: Дискусії щодо фундаментальних понять у сфері землеустрою велися і ведуться протягом усього часу здійснення земельної реформи. За таких умов, вітчизняні вчені покладали значні зусилля на вирішення проблем землеустрою та земельної реформи, починаючи, в першу чергу, із систематизації або класифікації проблем, що виникають у процесі земельної реформи або здійсненні землеустрою. Досліджено проблеми трактування поняття землеустрою в Україні, базуючись на законодавчому забезпеченні землеустрою, шляхів проведення і результатів земельної реформи та дослідженнях вітчизняних науковців. Здійснено аналіз проблем, які виникли як результат проведення та незавершеності земельної реформи та які виникають при здійсненні землеустрою на сучасному етапі та у попередні роки на основі хронологічного аналізу наукових досліджень. Запропоновано схему класифікації проблем розвитку землеустрою, яка включає проблеми здійснення землеустрою та проблеми земельної реформи. Здійснено аналіз відповідності проведення землеустрою на різних рівнях призначенню землеустрою, що закріплено нормативно-правовими актами, на сьогоднішній день. Результат проведеного дослідження та класифікації проблем розвитку землеустрою в подальшому знайде своє відображення в поглибленні досліджень щодо конкретних проблем здійснення землеустрою та застосуванні системного підходу до їх вирішення. Ключові слова: землеустрій, земельна реформа, земельний кадастр, призначення землеустрою, стале землекористування.
