TLDR
Glyphosate will likely remain the most widely applied pesticide worldwide for years to come, and interest will grow in quantifying ecological and human health impacts, according to published global pesticide use data.

Environmental Subconcussive Injury, Axonal Injury, and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy

TL;DR: It appears that susceptibility to brain injury and downstream neurodegenerative diseases, such as CTE, can be conceptualized as a continuum of brain resilience, at one end is optimal resilience, capable of launching effective responses to injury with spontaneous recovery, and at the other end is diminished resilience with a compromised ability to respond and/or heal appropriately.

Glyphosate-based herbicides: Evidence of immune-endocrine alteration.

TL;DR: In this article, a review aims to investigate, based on recent epidemiological studies and studies performed in vitro and in vivo in animals, the possible association between GBHs and immune-endocrine alterations.

Solid-Phase Extraction of Glyphosate in the Analyses of Environmental, Plant, and Food Samples

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present the state of the art concerning the strategies of solid-phase extraction of glyphosate and some of its metabolites in the analysis of environmental (water and soil), plant, and food samples.

Patterns of pre-crop glyphosate use and in-crop selective herbicide intensities in Northern Germany

TL;DR: The most interesting result of this analysis is that the intensity of selective herbicide use for in-crop weed management was not related to GBH treatment prior to the crop (except maize), suggesting that using GBH pre-crop does not necessarily save herbicides in the following crop.

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations

TL;DR: One of the first specialized agencies of the United Nations to become active, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as discussed by the authors has elicited interest beyond the specialized field of agricultural economists.

Glyphosate: a once-in-a-century herbicide.

TL;DR: The use of this virtually ideal herbicide is now being threatened by the evolution of glyphosate-resistant weeds, and adoption of resistance management practices will be required to maintain the benefits of glyphosate technologies for future generations.

Concerns over use of glyphosate-based herbicides and risks associated with exposures: a consensus statement

TL;DR: GBHs are the most heavily applied herbicide in the world and usage continues to rise; Worldwide, GBHs often contaminate drinking water sources, precipitation, and air, especially in agricultural regions and regulatory estimates of tolerable daily intakes for glyphosate in the United States and European Union are based on outdated science.
