Abstract
The invention relates to a tunnel structure with anti-seepage and water draining functions and a freezing construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of tunnel construction. The structure comprises a freezing pipe, a freezing water-stop layer, a temperature preserving concrete layer, a water filtering layer, a supporting layer, an anti-seepage layer, a lateral water collectingpipe, a bottom water draining pipe, a water-proof layer, a secondary lining layer, a low-temperature salt water pond, a freezing station, a freezing conveying pipe and a conveying pipe. The tunnel structure with anti-seepage and water draining functions and the freezing construction method thereof can avoid the possibility of ground surface settlement caused by loss of underground water, surrounding rock disturbance is reduced, it is avoided that soil of river systems outside the freezing area is damaged, and the structure and method are especially suitable for sponge cities with rich groundwater resources and achieve the benefit of environmental protection. In addition, a freezing method is adopted for construction, the effect of improving the strength of the surrounding rock is achievedon local fragile surrounding rock, the tunnel structure can reduce water draining amount in the construction process, and the operation and maintenance cost of tunnels is saved. The defensing and water draining capacity of tunnels is achieved, water seepage and leakage of tunnels is avoided, and the using performance of the tunnel structure is maintained, and the service life of the tunnel structure is prolonged.
