Cochrane Review: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and perioperative bleeding in paediatric tonsillectomy
TL;DR: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) do not significantly increase bleeding in children having their tonsils out, and there is less nausea and vomiting when NSAIDs are used.
