Abstract: The invention relates to a warehousing area low-carbon storage method and a warehousing area low-carbon storage system. The method comprises the steps of S1, acquiring storage data of to-be-stored cargoes; S2, based on the storage data and a similarity function, acquiring an optimal storage location; and S3, based on the optimal storage ware location and a distance function, acquiring a shortest delivering route. The warehousing area low-carbon storage method and the warehousing area low-carbon storage system have beneficial effects of 1, scanning the cargoes and confirming the cargoes for preventing no in-time discovering of cargo damage caused by undetermined factors in a storage process; 2, calculating a most appropriate storage location for spacing space, limiting the number of placement layers and ensuring high safety in cargo storage; 3, calculating the shortest delivering route for saving time and energy; and 4, uploading a cargo storage process to a server. Later, high convenience in searching and sorting the cargoes is realized when required.

Abstract: The invention discloses an intelligent stored cargo space distribution and optimization method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the frequency of cargo to leave from storage or be put into storage and the running speed of a stacking machine are counted, and a mathematic model is built; 2, two solutions are provided for different scales and include the Hungarian method and the genetic algorithm. By the intelligent stored cargo space distribution and optimization method, the utilization rate of cargo space is improved, the efficiency of cargo to leave from storage or be put into storage and the utilization rate of the stacking machine and other equipment are also improved, and the box shift operation and other operations can be reduced.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method for optimizing and screening storage locations of an intelligent categorized storage system in electronic commerce. According to a dynamic sales condition of an electronic commerce company, the method applies three-dimensional storages in the same size to simultaneously store entire packages and bulk cargoes, and carries out optimization, screening, and dynamic adjustment of storage locations. The method carries out optimizing and screening of storage locations based on a data stream of a shopping cart, and applies a sliding window to dynamically record cargo similarities. And according to the similarities, the cargoes are clustered, and guided to be stored in category based on the result of clustering. In addition, the dynamic update of mixed storage is realized through a method of incremental clustering. The method adds a optimizing and screening device and an to intelligent categorized storage device to the existing full-automatic three-dimensional storage device, and enables a function of mixed storage of different sources and different categorized cargoes. The categorized storage optimizing obtained according to the shopping cart data fits the requirement of commercial acts, and the categorized storage optimizing is controlled in real time by a computer based on dynamic data in electronic commerce, so that manual arrangement is unnecessary for an operator.

Abstract: The invention relates to a goods allocation optimization system based on combination of product multidimensional elements and a method thereof and belongs to the field of a logistics storage technology. By modes of coordinate curves, matrix model and the like and by integrating various factors such as product-related warehouse-out quantity, warehouse-out frequency, product characteristics and the like, products are divided into six types; and based on the classification, a detailed goods allocation distribution model is given, and a multidimensional factors-combined goods allocation optimization mode is finally constructed. The system and the method provided by the invention have very positive effects of raising utilization rate of storage capacity, shortening input/output time and enhancing storage equipment, and are suitable for various turnover warehouses.
