Abstract: The invention relates to a vortex-excitation piezoelectric energy harvester for monitoring a wind power gear box, and belongs to the field of piezoelectric power generation. A main shaft is sequentially sleeved with a left wall plate, a left shaft sleeve, a rim, a right shaft sleeve and a right wall plate from left to right; a baffle plate is arranged at the end part; the left side of an inner ring of a bearing on the left wall plate abuts on a shaft shoulder; the right side of the inner ring of the bearing on the right wall plate abuts on the baffle plate; a certain included angle exists between a blade and a bus of the rim; two ends of the shell are connected with the left wall plate and the right wall plate respectively; a balancing weight is arranged on the outer wall of the shell; a limiting frame and a piezoelectric vibrator are arranged at the left end and the right end of the shell; the length and the width of a piezoelectric wafer are smaller than those of a hollow cavity of the limiting frame respectively; and the length and the width of a metal substrate are greater than those of the hollow cavity of the limiting frame respectively. The vortex-excitation piezoelectric energy harvester has the advantages and characteristics that the piezoelectric vibrator is excited by fluid motion caused by rotation to generate electricity; rigid shock and electromagnetic interference are avoided; the piezoelectric wafer only bears pressure stress with a controllable range; the reliability is high; fixed support is not needed; and the vortex-excitation piezoelectric energy harvester can be applied to cantilever gear shaft and multi-gear coaxial occasions.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of containers, in particular to a rotary vane-free wind-powered house for construction. The rotary vane-free wind-powered house for construction is characterized by comprising a house body for construction and power generating parts, wherein the house body for construction comprises a life layer and a power generating layer, the power generating layer is internally provided with a storage battery and a power transmission hose, the storage battery is connected with the power transmission hose and power consuming equipment in the life layer, the power generating parts comprises a power generating pipe and a high-altitude balloon, a flange is connected to one end of the power generating pipe, the other end of the power generating pipe is opened, the inner wall of the power generating pipe is covered with a piezoelectric layer, and the pipe diameter of the opened end of the power generating pipe is larger than that of the flange end of the power generating pipe. Through holes are uniformly formed in the flange, the power transmission hose is connected with the piezoelectric layer through power transmission branch pipes, a pull wire is connected to the power transmission hose, the joint of the pull wire and the power transmission hose is close to the opened end of the power generating pipe, the high-altitude balloon is connected to the other end of the pull wire, and an electric energy collector is arranged between each power transmission branch pipe and the piezoelectric layer. The problems that life power supply of an existing desert construction unit is difficult, and an existing wind-powered device can convert wind energy only through rotary vanes.

Abstract: The invention relates to a rotational flow excitation power generator used for supplying power to a wind power gearbox monitoring system, and belongs to the field of piezoelectric power generation. A shell, a left shaft sleeve, a wheel flange, a right shaft sleeve and a right wall plate having an inlet are arranged on a main shaft in a sleeving manner from left to right in sequence, wherein a baffle is mounted on the end part of the main shaft; the wheel flange and the main shaft are connected through a key; an outlet is formed in the cylinder wall of the shell; the end part of the cylinder wall of the shell is connected with the right wall plate; a balancing weight block is mounted outside the cylinder wall of the shell; a limiting frame, a piezoelectric vibrator and a pressing block are mounted on the end part of the cylinder wall of the shell in sequence; the limiting frame and the piezoelectric vibrator are arranged in the inlet of the right wall plate; a piezoelectric crystal plate is mounted close to the limiting frame; the length and the width of the piezoelectric crystal plate are less than that of the cavity of the limiting frame respectively; and the length and the width of a metal substrate are greater than that of the cavity of the limiting frame respectively. The rotational flow excitation power generator has the advantages and characteristics as follows: the piezoelectric vibrator is excited by the fluid motion caused by rotation, so that rigid impact and electromagnetic interference are avoided; the piezoelectric crystal plate only bears the pressure stress within a controllable range, so that high reliability is achieved; the rotational flow excitation power generator is not required to be fixed and supported; and the rotational flow excitation power generator can be applied to both of cantilever gear shafts and multi-gear coaxial occasions.
