Although such distributed collaboration requires a large volume of calculation capacity on the server in order to share an application among distributed PCs, conventional cloud computing environments composed of dedicated servers are not suited to flexibly deploying applications ad hoc.
The empirical assessment shows that it is not only an optimal solution to schedule the independent jobs on machines solely based on the execution time, throughput, and average resource utilization ratio; instead, the machine-level load balancing must also be considered to effectuate the usage of full capacity of computing power in a cloud system.
The experimental results show that the improved algorithm is an effective cloud computing task scheduling algorithm.

Workflow scheduling is the most important part of cloud computing, because based on the different criteria it decides cost, execution time and other performances.
The algorithm for scheduling resources under clouding computing environment is different from that under traditional distributed computing environment because of the high scalability and heterogeneity of computing resources in cloud computing environment.
