We hope that this paper can serve as a practical guide to those interested in establishing a productive and efficient working relationship between a conversation analyst and the other members of a design team.
In other words, we have some intuitions about what constitutes a well-formed and well-performed conversation, although there is little in the way of formal theoretical models of conversation.
Our results reveal different trajectories of “I”-, “you”-, and “we”-talk over a conflict conversation in both partners.
