Extending this research, this paper proposes that career growth opportunities represent a critical benefit to lower level employees in accounting firms.
The results of the integrated structural model highlighted that three barriers namely ‘uncertain career growth’, ‘industry dynamism’, and ‘lack of training programs’ were the significant barriers.

The case on Tata Steelium is an excellent example of how companies can successfully create brands in the business markets, and leverage its brand positioning to create, deliver, and communicate value to its end customers, channel members, and shareholders.
After comparing the financial position it is clear that position of Tata steels is much better than the Jindal steels.
Tata Steel has realized other benefits, such as optimal distribution of scarce oxygen and liquid iron, optimal power cogeneration levels, break-even prices and quantities of purchased scrap, and optimal conversion of semifinished steel into finished products by other companies functioning as conversion agents.
