By gaining a better understanding of the major problems beginning agricultural education teachers face, pre-service teacher education programs can better prepare potential teachers to deal with these obstacles.
In most Irish agricultural sectors, we find a positive return to agricultural education and in particular a positive relationship in relation to technical efficiency in terms of improved yields.
Suggestions for sustainable agricultural development include establishment of a reasonable market and agricultural subsidy mechanisms, basic and vocational education for young adults, effective agricultural instruction and environmental education agencies and two-way communication mechanisms.
Wyoming teacher educators, state agricultural education supervisory personnel, and local professional development coordinators should provide pertinent and continuous in-service education for Wyoming secondary agriculture teachers in the area of agricultural mechanics laboratory management through technical workshops, summer professional development conferences, and university instructed agricultural mechanics courses.

In summary, the review of literature emphasized the following points: (1) there was a need to teach values to high school students; (2) the teaching strategies for incorporating the teaching of morals and values in secondary agricultural science needed to be identified; (3) literature showed there was a discrepancy as to what values are and what values should be taught; and (4) there was no existing study in agricultural education addressing the subject ofteachingvalues and morals in the secondary agricultural education
