Our interfaces also produce better results in two real-world tasks: finding the nearest match to a target font, and font selection for graphic designs.
Typeface and font design are fundamental to textual communication, and therefore, such communication, whether for use in print or on screen, is greatly enhanced and facilitated by the development and application of high-quality designs.

The algorithm can perform effectively and classify font type obviously.
This method is insensitive to the font variability and the characters overlapping.
These results provide initial guidelines for type font selection to achieve desired brand personality and raise questions for future research.
The findings may be useful for setting the font sizes for computers and for training office workers.
