The best place to start in defining a good university is by considering the work universities do.
The campaign to establish a Muslim University at Aligarh is a good example of the confluence of education and politics in modern India.

We conclude that Australian political science is strong where it has a long-standing engagement with the international political science community (for example, in international relations); where it regularly interacts with Australian government priorities (for example, in public administration); and where it involves the larger community (for example, public intellectuals).
From this we can obtain the ideological and political education level of every university, which is advantageous to the development of the university ideological and political education.
