TL;DR: A novel optimal ML simplified algorithm for SM QPSK signal detection algorithm based on the global optimal conditions of a binary quadratic programming and the simulation results are presented to show the ML-optimal performance of the proposed detector.
Abstract: Spatial modulation(SM)is a novel multi-antenna transmission scheme which jointly uses active antenna indices and conventional signal set to convey information.Since the maximum likelihood(ML)optimal detection algorithm for SM systems needs to detect both the active antenna index and the transmitted signal, the detection complexity is very high.To solve this problem, based on the global optimal conditions of a binary quadratic programming a novel optimal ML simplified algorithm for SM QPSK signal is proposed. On the premise of having the same ML-optimal performance with the conventional ML-detector,the computational complexity of the proposed detector has been significantly reduced, especially in large antennas SM system. Finally, the simulation results are presented to show the ML-optimal performance of the proposed detector.

TL;DR: In this paper, an adjustable capacitor device, an active antenna and a mobile communication terminal are used for adjusting the frequency band of a passive antenna, and the passive antenna is an antenna in the mobile communication terminals.
Abstract: The invention discloses an adjustable capacitor device, an active antenna and a mobile communication terminal. The adjustable capacitor device is used for adjusting the frequency band of a passive antenna, and the passive antenna is an antenna in the mobile communication terminal. The adjustable capacitor device comprises a variable capacitor and a variable capacitance control module, wherein the variable capacitor is connected with the passive antenna in parallel, and is used for adjusting the frequency band of the passive antenna through the change of capacitance; and the variable capacitance control module is connected with the variable capacitor and is connected with a central processor of the mobile communication terminal, and is used for adjusting the capacitance of the variable capacitor according to capacitance regulation control data output by the central processor. Through the adjustable capacitor device, the active antenna and the mobile communication terminal, the problem that the frequency band range of the antenna of the mobile communication terminal in the prior art is narrow is solved.

TL;DR: In this article, a smart mm-wave C-V2X antenna is proposed, which includes an antenna controller configured to receive an image of a second mm-Wave antenna of the second vehicle via the lensless camera of the mmWave antenna, and compute phase angles for the active antenna elements of the antenna according to the scale and angle of rotation.
Abstract: The present invention provides a smart mmwave C-V2X antenna. A vehicle includes a millimeter wave (mmWave) antenna, including a millimeter wave (mmWave) antenna, including a plurality of light elements and a plurality of active antenna elements in a predefined configuration surrounding a lensless camera element. The vehicle further includes an antenna controller configured to receive an image of asecond mmWave antenna of a second vehicle via the lensless camera of the mmWave antenna, identify a scale and angle of rotation between the mmWave antenna and the second mmWave antenna based on the image, compute phase angles for the active antenna elements of the mmWave antenna according to the scale and angle of rotation, and transmit data using the active antenna elements to the second vehicle, according to the computed phase angles, to form a beam targeted at the second mmWave antenna of the second vehicle.

TL;DR: In this article, an active antenna for receiving a multiband by using an active antennas impedance matching circuit is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of an antenna by reducing limits on a shape and a size of an antennas for receiving standards.
Abstract: PURPOSE: An active antenna for receiving a multiband by using an active antenna impedance matching circuit is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost of an antenna by reducing limits on a shape and a size of an antenna for receiving standards. CONSTITUTION: A manual antenna(101) receives a signal of various frequency bands. The manual antenna is formed with a length shorter than a resonant length corresponding to the lowest frequency band among use frequency bands. An active matching circuit unit(102) amplifies the signal received from the manual antenna. An input terminal(102a) of the active matching circuit unit offsets the imaginary part impedance of the manual antenna. An output terminal(102b) of the active matching circuit unit is matched with the input impedance of a receiver(110) having every set band of 50Ω. [Reference numerals] (102) Active matching circuit unit; (110) Receiver
