Abstract: The utility model discloses a miniature three-prevention satellite receiving active antenna, and the antenna comprises a metal cavity, an amplifier, a micro-strip printed board, a cover plate, a pressure plate, an insulating plate, and an insulating bush. The metal cavity comprises a metal cavity inner side wall and a metal cavity outer side wall. The amplifier comprises an outer surface, a pin, and a radio frequency socket The micro-strip printed board comprises a printed board side surrounding edge and a metallized via hole. The cover plate comprises a cover plate inner side wall and a cover plate inner lower wall. The amplifier is disposed in the metal cavity, and is integrated with the antenna, thereby enabling the size of the antenna to be small and the nose to be low. The external surface of the metal cavity and the surface of the pressure plate are painted with three-prevention paint, thereby enabling the antenna to have functions of resistance to moisture, mildew and salt mist. The antenna is painted with thermal control paint, so the antenna can be adapt to a deep space environment.

Abstract: A reconfigurable electrically small microstrip-fed antenna composed of a broadside coupled split ring resonator with stubs connected through pin-diodes and an exciting arc-shaped monopole is presented. Numerical and experimental results are presented for an antenna configuration of 1/24.3 wavelength λ in diameter (antenna is inscribed in a sphere with radius a, k — wave number), ka = 0.13. The antenna size including the ground plane is 68 × 44 mm2 and it operates at 149 MHz with 7.15 MHz bandwidth (VSWR<2). Its resonant frequency can be tuned over a wide range of frequency without changing the antenna size. The antenna can be used with metamaterial cover, as a part of the antenna array or an active antenna.
