Abstract: The invention relates to an A1203-MgO-C unfired product with carbon wrapped by nano Al2O3-MgO film and a preparation method thereof. The product uses natural high alumina bauxite (AlOOH) and sintered periclase (MgO) as initial raw material and employs method of sol-gel technology, which comprises following steps, putting superfine high alumina bauxite, carbon dust, water and additive into high speed impact mixer, carrying out coating process so as to let the materials have strong impact and mix with each other to form high density composite sol suspension liquid of carbon and aluminium hydroxide, therefore Al(OH)3 is mightily adsorbed on the surface of carbon, then realizing workmanship of coating powdered carbon by aluminium hydroxide. During the wet-milled process of mixture, the magnesium oxide powder and the mixture water in the matrix powder have hydration reaction to produce magnesium hydroxide sol, and the magnesium hydroxide sol and the aluminium hydroxide sol have situ synthesis reaction to produce nanostructured matrix of carbon-aluminium spinel to prepare A1203-MgO-C unfired product of the invention.

Abstract: The present invention dislcoses a kind of catalyst for hydrogenizing treatment, especially hydrodesulfurization of heavy oil and its preparation. The catalyst has one kind of non-expensive and environment friently titanium containing aluminum hydroxide as carrier. The titanium containing aluminium hydroxide, metal salt and other material are kneaded to disperse metal, and all materials are prepared into the catalyst through mixing, kneading, extrusion and high temperature activation. The catalyst is easy to form, low in cost and proper in acidity, and has excellent hydrodesulfurization activity and good hydrodenitrification and hydrodecarbonization activity.

Abstract: Amorphous (and partly micro-crystalline) aluminium hydroxide precipitates were prepared by controlled hydrolysis of aluminium isopropoxide and aluminium sulphate solutions: the kinetics of their dissolution in well-stirred sodium hydroxide solutions (0.25 to 3 g ion/l) in large excess was studied at 5° to 35°C.

Abstract: The preparation method of aluminium hydroxide fire retardant relates to a surface cladding modification treatment method of aluminium hydroxide powder as fire retardant. It is characterized by that after the sodium aluminate solution is cleaned, the inorganic additive selected from calcium carbonate, silicate and phosphate can be added to make cladding treatment, then 2%-12% of surface modification treating agent containing phosphorus and silicane or titanate can be added to make organic modification treatment. The aluminium hydroxide powder body surface prepared by said invented method is undergone the process of multilayer cladding modification and organic-organic cladding modification treatment, its thermal stability can be greatly raised, and its initial dewatering temp. is up to 245 deg.C.
