TL;DR: This program was to develop a portable microcomputer-based simulation system to assess the techno-economic viability of competing coal liquefaction technologies by a menu-driven batch file, which guides the user logically through the simulation of a process.
Abstract: The objective of this program was to develop a portable microcomputer-based simulation system to assess the techno-economic viability of competing coal liquefaction technologies. The Eclipse suite of programs which has been developed to achieve this objective is called by a menu-driven batch file, rich guides the user logically through the simulation of a process. All the information which is required to simulate a given process is prompted by, and entered onto, user-friendly screens. These screens restrict the input of information to sensible values only, and the program automatically checks that the information supplied is valid and complete. The storage of this information in flexible data structures, and the use of databases, ensure that manual data entry is minimized

TL;DR: In this article, the first and second personal computers PC2 and 4 are provided by connecting by a cable and a remote installing software is started in PC2 in changeover from a standard input from a keyboard to the cable so as to generate a loader file in the media of PC4.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To make it possible to start a target software in another personal computer by connecting the personal computer being different in machine kind and media by a cable. CONSTITUTION: The first and second personal computers PC2 and 4 are provided by connecting by a cable and a remote installing software is started in PC2. The input setting of PC4 is changed in change-over from a standard input from a keyboard to the cable so as to generate a loader file in the media of PC4. Then, a batch file for executing the loader file is outputted from PC2 to PC4, the loader file is started in PC4 and target software transfer from PC2 is received. In PC4, the standard input is retured in input setting by the operating system command of the batch file and the target software is started.

TL;DR: A method for implementing an object oriented approach to batch programming using existing batch compilers is discussed and a simple system is provided as a case study in the approach.
Abstract: Object oriented programming is a method of organizing a program, its data and functions into logical units that can be individually addressed. Industrial applications are well suited for this approach due to the modular nature of process design. However, batch programming languages do not currently provide the necessary structures and programming tools needed to properly implement true object oriented code. This paper discusses a method for implementing an object oriented approach to batch programming using existing batch compilers. A simple system is provided as a case study in the approach.

TL;DR: In this paper, a control method called directly functional execution tools in a user environment area for the purpose of efficiency of a debugger system is presented, where the control method contains an input tool (10), a microprocessor (20), a memory (30), an output tool (40), a step for registering the necessary information to call a functional execution tool, a step to make a batch file for execution of a function, and a step that direct executes a functional tool.
