Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of computers, and particularly relates to a method and system for adding multiple types of files in Excel in batches. According to the method and system, automatic insertion of multiple formats of files is realized by using Excel COM component programming through a batch processing command manner, and then reports are generated. According to the methodand system, the insertion work of batch files can be completed, so that the time waste caused by idle work can be decreased and the efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A web management system and a method thereof are provided to transmit and install a solution to a server of a client directly when the client purchases the solution in a shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: A client DB(40) stores an ID, a password, a telephone number, an address, and personal information of a client. A solution DB(50) stores at least one solution being manufactured through a common rule. If the client orders a solution, an order sheet DB(60) stores details of the order. If the client requests a user authentication, a web server(10) authenticates the client and makes the client display a solution stored in the solution DB(50). If the client orders a wanted solution, an order server(20) transmits a corresponding solution, displays an order sheet input screen including server environment information of a server of the client, receives corresponding information, and stores the information in the order sheet DB(60). An order processing server(30) creates a server setting batch file, a database table, and a procedure in accordance with server environment information of an order sheet of a corresponding solution by referring to the order sheet DB(60) in accordance with a solution order of the client. If the client completes a payment, the order processing server(30) transmits the solution ordered by the client and the created server setting batch file to the server of client, and activates a setup button for executing the server setting batch file.

Abstract: A transaction data processing method for accounting received on the same day and a system thereof are disclosed, The said method and system can resolve the problem of receiving time delay in entering an item in an account process. In the said method, a business process of "on-line account verification + depositing by batch" is used, which includes the following steps: A counter service (or a self-service terminal) adds a procedure of account verification before receiving money, and receives the money after the success of the account verification. Deposit transactions are sent to background system in a way of batch file on the same day, in which validity of the batch transaction data is checked by an intermediate system before the data are transmitted to background system. As a result, the receiving time delay caused by communications failure in the on-line environment or by errors of file format, can be avoided. When communications failure occurs, the file can be re-transmitted, and when the file format is wrong, the file can be re-transmitted after modified, so as to guarantee the received money can be deposited to the bank card account on the same day. Moreover, the process of batch transmitting deposits is relatively simple, and it avoids a variety of possible irregularities of the on-line course.
