Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a heating and fixing roller in one body with high strength, by forming the shaft inner diameter into accurate size with a simple processing without boring process, through reduced drawing with a metallic pipe extruded in a die open hole the tip of which is formed in bell mouth. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 14 having equal outer diameter to the inner diameter of a shaft 13 of a heating and fixing roll 12 is fixed to a die holder 11 having channel shaped cross section, and a die 15 is inserted to the die holder 11 concentrically with the mandrel 14. The tip of molding open hole of the die 15 has a bell mouth 16, and parts other than the tip have parallel gap 17 with the mandrel 14. When a metallic pipe used for the roll 12 is extruded in the open hole of the die by coinciding the shaft center, the pipe is extruded into a shape having a slope 18 of cone shape and a shaft 13, through reduced drawing along the bell mouth 16. As required, the reduced drawing is made again and the slope 18 can be drawn vertically to the shaft.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a propeller windmill simple in construction by a method wherein a propeller shaft is disposed vertically, a wind duct is provided which rotates with the propeler shaft as a center, and a bell mouth movable with the propeller as a center is supported by the wind duct. CONSTITUTION:The main body of the windmill is composed of the propeller 1 having the vertical propeller shaft, a rotation transmitting mechanism and a generator 2. The wind duct 3 is provided so as to be rotated with the main body as a center. At a position with the propeller 1 as a center, the bell mouth 5 rotated with a support shaft 4 as a center is supported by the wind duct 3. The wind duct 3 is fitted with a tail unit 6, and a control vane 7 is linked to the tail unit 6 and the bell mouth 5. The propeller 1 is driven by winds. When the wind speed becomes higher, the control vane 7 is swung backward according to the force of the wind, moving the bell mouth 5 in an interlocked manner through the link, so that a passage for the wind is formed between the bell mouth 5 and the wind duct 3. Accordingly, the airflow is divided to limit the amount of airflow received by the propeller.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a corrosion of a heat pipe mounting part in the feed water heating device for a steam turbine plant and the like, by providing a bell mouth- shaped port and water flow rectifying zone in a tube plate itself, and laser welding the inner diameter of the heat pipe with the hole diameter of the recifying zone in the tube plate. CONSTITUTION:In a water inlet part of the tube plate 4 is provided the bell mouth- shaped port 8. The hole diameter d1 of the feed water rectifying zone 4a and the inner diameter d2 are designed to be the same. The hole diameter d3 of a zone 4b into which the heat pipe 5 is inserted is designed to have the outer diameter d4 of the heat pipe 5. The heat pipe 5 is inserted into the tube plate 4 and then an orientation changing mirror 13 of a laser welding device 11 is inserted up to a junction part 5a, where a laser beam 14 is jetted. After that, the laser beam generator 11 is turned so as to turn a guide tube 12 and the orientation changing mirror 13, so that the tube plate 4 and the heat pipe 5 are welded at the junction part 5a. With such a construction, a rectified water can be supplied to the heat pipe 5 so that any inlet attack which is caused by a turbulent flow of water and which causes a corrosion of the tube can be effectively eliminated.
