Abstract: A multi-vane centrifugal blower in which a circulation flow at the axial ends of an impeller is suppressed. The blower has a scroll-type fan casing (1) with a bell mouth (4) as the air suction opening and also has the impeller of a multi-vane centrifugal type, the impeller being provided in the fan casing (1), having annularly arranged vanes (6), and blowing air, sucked from a suction opening (7) formed facing the bell mouth (4), in the centrifugal direction from between the vanes (6). Tubular bodies (11) are extended integral with holding rings (10) provided at the outer ends on the outer periphery of the impeller (2), and this suppresses a circulation flow running to the suction side at the ends of the impeller (2).

Abstract: A centrifugal fan has an inlet bell that induces turbulence in the intake air stream so as to better distribute air across the rotating radial fan blades and thereby increase fan efficiency. The “turbulator” feature is one or more preferably arcuate surfaces integrally formed in the inlet bell to either project into or away from the intake air stream. The turbulator disrupts smooth air flow across the inside surface of the inlet bell has the effect of randomizing the air at the boundary layer to reduce separation of the air from the inlet bell as it leaves the inlet bell and enters the impeller. The air can thus follow the contour of the inlet bell more closely to make a tighter radius turn as it enters the impeller. In so doing, air is delivered across more of the fan blades so that output air flow is increased.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress or prevent reduction of an amount of air and generation of noise while avoiding a large size of a blower unit in the blower unit of a vehicular air conditioner in which a filter is arranged between an internal/external air switching door and a bell mouth. SOLUTION: In the blower unit for the vehicular air conditioner, air passing through a filter 13 is led to a centrifugal type fan by the bell mouth 211 and a door rotation shaft 121 of the internal/external air switching door 12 is arranged such that a door rotation axis direction becomes perpendicular to a fan rotation axis direction X. When a direction perpendicular to the fan rotation axis direction X and the door rotation axis direction is made as a reference direction Y, a shape of the filter 13 is set such that a gap dimension of the filter 13 and the bell mouth 211 viewed along the door rotation axis direction becomes larger at both end sides in the reference direction Y than a central part in the reference direction Y. Abstract: The utility model relates to a spraying bed reactor which is mainly used for drying material, pyrolysis, granulating, etc. The spraying bed reactor is composed of a spraying bed body and a guide tube. The utility model is characterized in that a flow deflector is fixed on the utility model, and the upper part of the guide tube is in the shape of a bell mouth. The shape of the flow deflector is matched with the bell mouth shape of the upper part of the guide tube, and a proper gap is kept between the flow deflector and the bell mouth of the upper part of the guide tube. The structure can make material fall in an annular region after the material leaves the guide tube. When the diameter of the guide tube is increased, the spraying bed can be ensured to work normally. The utility model can overcome the defect that the traditional guide tube destroys the material flowing shape of the spraying bed because of vertical upward tossing movement.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a nozzle structure of an air lifting machine, which comprises a boiling bed, a spout, a compensation pipe and a conveying pipe, wherein the boiling bed is installed between the upper cavity and the lower cavity of the air lifting machine, the spout is installed on the lower cavity, the compensation pipe is installed on a position which corresponds to and above the spout, and the conveying pipe is connected with the compensation pipe. When materials are conveyed near the spout, air currents which move at a high speed near the spout generate negative pressure to enable the materials to automatically flow into the spout, and the materials sprayed out from the spout exactly enter a bell mouth; therefore, a majority of materials enter the conveying pipe through the compensation pipe, and then, are conveyed outside; the former phenomenon that the materials are sprayed outside is avoided, and thus, conveying quantity is successfully raised.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater stirring device equipped with an underwater mixer and a draft tube and having improved stirring performance by exertion of the original suction performance of the mixer. SOLUTION: A draft tube 13 extending upward and downward is arranged in a water tank 20. The draft tube 13 has a straight pipe 11 and a bell mouth 10 arranged upstream to the pipe 11. The mixer 1 has an underwater motor 2 and an axial or slanting type impeller 3 connected with the motor 2. The impeller 3 is surrounded by the bell mouth 10. The suction side, or the upper side, of the impeller 3 is opened, instead of being surrounded by the pipe 11.
