The device is characterized in that four rollers are adopted in a stretching system, and the four rollers are all controlled by adopting a single servo motor; rough yarns are fed in the following mode: a first rough yarn feeding bell mouth is additionally formed in the front part of a rear roller; a first fibre strand collecting bell mouth and a second fibre strand collecting bell mouth are additionally formed in the upper parts of a middle-rear roller and a middle-front roller; a first rough yarn, a second rough yarn and a third rough yarn are respectively fed through a first left front bell mouth, a first middle front bell mouth and a first right front bell mouth of a first rough yarn feeding bell mouth; the rear leather roller and the middle-rear leather roller are special shaped rollers and comprise a left shaft and a right shaft with different diameters; a spinning process comprises three spinning states, namely, a single-colour yarn segment spinning state, a double-colour yarn segment spinning state, and a three-colour yarn segment spinning state.

The testing apparatus comprises a tensioning jack, a driving-end sensor, a tool anchor, a driven-end sensor, a bell mouth and an anchor backing plate, wherein the bell mouth passes through a prestressing tendon and is arranged at the end part of the prestressed pipe in a beam; the driving-end sensor and the driven-end sensor are arranged at the end parts of the prestressed pipe, pass through the prestressing tendon and are fixed at the tail end of the prestressing tendon by the tensioning jack and the tool anchor; the anchor backing plate is arranged between the bell mouth and the driving-end and driven-end sensors; and the central axes of the installation positions of the bell mouth and the anchor backing plate are superposed with the central axis of the prestressed pipe. According to the invention, the testing apparatus is reasonable in structure; the testing method is convenient to operate; scientific evaluation is provided for design and construction of a post-tensioning-process prestressed concrete beam; potential safety hazards in engineering construction can be eliminated; and construction quality of the prestressed pipe is guaranteed.

Abstract: A detailed measurement campaign is performed in which the development of and the effects on a velocity profile in the suction pipe of a vertically submersible pump is investigated. The measurements are performed in a scale model of a simple pumping station of which the dimensions are based on the ANSI/HI 9.8-2012 guidelines. It was observed that the spatial deviation decreases significantly with a small increase in the measurement height. Apart from generally accepted modifications such as splitters, fillings, curtain walls and baffles, modifications to the main dimensions (such as bottom clearance, water level and discharge) have been tested as well. The investigation showed that the acceptability as defined in the HIS standard (HIS 2012) of a velocity profile is not significantly influenced by these modifications (if well-designed).
