Abstract: The utility model provides a corresponding lock pin of laser fiber and cooperation mounting structure and fiber connector thereof can greatly alleviate the heat accumulation, improves the validity of fiber optic coupling. The lock pin entry of this laser fiber connector is the funnel pattern, and lock pin entry terminal surface sets up bell mouth and inside axle center passageway intercommunication promptly, the part that the axle center passageway is close to the bell mouth satisfies the tight fit with the laser fiber who treats the installation location. The interior side surface of bell mouth had better satisfy the diffuse reflection condition. Like this, side surface in the bell mouth is beaten to the laser speckle, makes the energy be the index through the reflex action and descends (had better produce complete diffuse reflection, avoid light to assemble), greatly lighten the heat accumulation. When especially installing high power laser optic fibre, the terminal surface is close to the big terminal surface parallel and level of the big terminal surface inclusive AND bell mouth of bell mouth before the optic fibre, has avoided hot accumulation to the ablation of fiber end face, improves the validity of fiber optic coupling.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for realizing three-dimensional modeling of a bell mouth mounted on a hull, comprising: (a) a step of converting a bell mouth model cross-sectional diagram calculated by three-dimensional measurement into an actual scale; (b) a step of connecting calculated bell mouth cross-sectional surfaces which are separated at a certain angle in order to complete the bell mouth modeling; and (c) a step of calculating a lifting lug point while the completed modeling is maintained in a set posture. Accordingly, the weight and center of gravity of the bell mouth can be precisely calculated by realizing the three-dimensional modeling of the bell mouth, and the lifting lug position can be calculated based on such information. Thus, it is not required to rework mounting the bell mouth on the hull, and productivity can be drastically improved.

Abstract: Anti-icing system is generally used in order to prevent ice formation at gas turbine compressor bell-mouth and inlet guide vanes (IGV) in cold climates, which is caused by air pressure drop and velocity rise and consequent mechanical damage and performance deterioration. Ice formation at the compressor bell-mouth and on the inlet guide vanes is depended on variant parameters including: ambient air temperature, relative humidity of the environment, air velocity at compressor bell-mouth and IGV and metal surface temperature of ice formation location. In two frequent conditions ice may be formed; 1-water droplet existence in liquid or solid phase and in the shape of snow, rain and other precipitations. 2-Existence of vapor condensation in inlet air way that is because of temperature depression and velocity rise. Anti-Icing system by which extracting of hot gas from mid/last-stage of compressor (this method is the most popular methods for anti-icing system), increase inlet air temperature till inlet air in bell-mouth and IGV location gets far from ice forming condition. Extraction of air from compressor is caused performance degrading of gas turbine approximately 2∼5% in power and 1∼2% in efficiency depend on extracted flow rate. So accurate determination of operation limit of Anti-Icing system has great effect on gas turbine performance and its fuel consumption.

Abstract: The invention provides an eddy-eliminating device for removable type pump sump comprising an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate installed on an inlet water pipeline of the pump in the sump. The inlet water pipeline of the pump is composed of an inlet water pipe and an inlet bell mouth fixed on the end of the inlet water pipe. The center of the upper cover plate is provided with a round hole and the upper cover plate is sleeved and fixed on the inlet water pipeline of the pump through the round hole. The internal diameter of the round hole is matched with the external diameter of the fixing place of the inlet water pipeline of the pump on the upper cover plate. The lower cover plate hangs and fixes on the below of the inlet bell mouth. The upper cover plate and the lower cover plate are both horizontally disposed. The eddy-eliminating device has the advantages of moving according to the moving of the inlet water pipeline of the pump, being rational in structure, easy to manufacture, convenient to use and the flow pattern of the inlet bell mouth of inlet water pipeline of the pump is greatly improved. With the current becoming uniform, surface eddies and bottom eddies can be effectively prevented.

Abstract: Provided is a high-loop-stiffness PE double-wall corrugated pipe bell mouth structure. The bell mouth structure comprises a leading-in section, a bell mouth section and a connecting section, wherein the leading-in section and the bell mouth section are arranged in parallel, one end of the leading-in section is connected with one end of the bell mouth section through a buffer section, and included angles formed by the leading-in section and the bell mouth section and the connecting section are 5-10 degrees. The loop stiffness of a bell mouth is improved by designing annular reinforcing ribs so as to improve external pressure resisting capability. A leading-in angle and the inner diameter of the bell mouth are greater than the outer diameter of a pipe body to facilitate installation of a tubular product and a rubber ring. The water sealing effect of the bell mouth is improved by adopting the stripping slope design at the bell mouth section.

Abstract: In this article a bell mouth junction assembled in front of the test article in practice was simulated by applying ANSYS CFX, the data of relative measurement points was picked up from the simulation result and compared with test data to validate the simulation reliability. Then, aiming to dwindle in the formal diameter of a standard designed bell mouth junction to satisfy assembling inside a small-diameter pipe in front of the test article, three remodeling schemes are introduced, and the validated simulation method is applied for the three. By comparing the simulation results, the effect of bell mouth inner wall profile to its outlet flow field evenness is obtained, furthermore, the location of aerodynamic interface plane (AIP) along the axis direction of junction is confirmed, and the optimized one of the three is elected. Introduction When processing a test for the compressor of an aeroengine, a bell mouth junction is generally assembled inside a straight pipe right in front of the test article inlet [1-4]. The facility is used to commute the intake air in a certain level and by the impact tubes assembled on AIP, total pressure of inlet is able to be obtained. Occasionally the inner wall profile of the bell mouth cannot be designed satisfying the relative standard, since its maximal formal diameter is barely too large to be embedded in when limited by the size of the straight pipe, for this reason the bell mouth has to be remodeled properly to satisfy this condition. Meanwhile, some technology methods should be taken to validate the schemes to reduce time and cost. In this article a bell mouth junction in practice in a high-pressure compressor test is simulated, the simulation result is taken to compare with test data with the parameters of relative measure points. It shows that there is enough accuracy for the simulation, which means the simulation method is reliable. Then, totally three types of remodeling schemes are imposed on designing a bell mouth with certain nominal diameter, which does not totally answer for the relative standard. Simulations are taken to obtain the flow field inside the junction, and compare the simulating results to select an optimized one. The propeller fan assembly has a propeller fan, a fan motor driving the propeller fan, and a bell mouth body. The bell mouth body has: a cylindrical bell mouth portion surrounding the propeller fan; a fan motor fixing portion disposed at the center of the bell mouth portion; a coupling portion that couples the bell mouth portion and the fan motor fixing portion; and mounting portions for mounting the propeller fan assembly. The fan motor is fixed to the fan motor fixing portion of the bell mouth body and the propeller fan, and is formed integrally therewith. The propeller fan assembly is mounted, at the mounting portions, with three or more vibration-proof members interposed therebetween, to a member of the body to which the propeller fan assembly is mounted.
