Abstract: The present invention relates to a highly efficient swirl type ventilator. According to the present invention, the swirl type ventilator comprises: a housing having an inlet and an outlet; a motor providing a rotational force; a rotational shaft connected with the motor and receiving the rotational force from the motor to be rotated; a discharge fan discharging air introduced to the inlet of the housing to the outlet; a bell mouth of which the inside is penetrated to guide the air introduced to the inlet of the housing to the discharge fan; and a plurality of swirl wings formed in an upper portion of the bell mouth at constant intervals. Therefore, the overall height of products can be lowered to provide installation convenience of the products.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ceiling type air conditioner is provided to reduce noise and improve efficiency of the air conditioner by reducing generation of vertex flow between a bell mouse and a shroud by folding the end part of the bell mouth to form the bell mouth in the shape of sine function. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling type air conditioner includes a bell mouse(58) for guiding air flow for reducing generation of vortex flow at a suction hole between the bell mouse and a shroud(57), so that the air flow amount is increased and the whole efficiency of the air conditioner is improved while reducing the noise due to the vortex flow, wherein the end part of the bell mouth is folded in the shape of sine function curve facing an air flow direction of the suction hole.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-embedded type air conditioner in which a feeding of a cable into a passage between a drain pan and a bell-mouth is easily carried out.SOLUTION: There are provided a blower fan 23, a heat exchanger 25 enclosing the blower fan and a bell mouth 24 within a box-shaped casing 10. An electrical element box 18 is arranged at the end part of the bell mouth, the surrounding of the bell mouth and a lower surface 101 of the casing are provided with drain pans. Within the drain pans are arranged electrical elements connected to a control board in the electrical elements box by cables 67. The lower edge of the bell mouth is provided with a cable storing wall 243 and the flange 244 extending to the drain pan side over an entire circumference or a part of the end part of the cable storing wall or a part of it. A cable passage 68 capable of storing a cable is formed between the drain pan and the cable storing wall is formed. The drain pan has a tapered surface 602 at an opposing surface of the flange, a clearance a3 between the end part 244a of the flange and the tapered surface is narrower than a diameter a1 of the cable 60 and set to such a size as one where the cable 67 is deformed and can pass through it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

Abstract: The invention discloses a multi-rough yarn feeding spinning device and a multi-rough yarn feeding spinning method. A four-roller stretching and multi-rough yarn feeding method is introduced into a production system, and a foundation is laid for further enriching the appearance styles of yarns. The device is characterized in that four rollers are adopted in a stretching system, and the four rollers are all controlled by adopting a single servo motor; yarn winding is separately controlled by a winding servo control motor; five high-precision servo motors are respectively connected with a programmable logic controller; rough yarns are fed in the following mode: a first rough yarn feeding bell mouth is additionally formed in the front part of a rear roller; a first rough yarn system is fed into the rear roller through a first rough yarn feeding bell mouth; a second rough yarn feeding bell mouth, a third rough yarn feeding bell mouth and a fourth rough yarn feeding bell mouth are additionally and respectively formed in the upper parts of a middle-rear roller, a middle-front roller and a front roller; a second rough yarn system, a third rough yarn system and a fourth filament are respectively fed through the second rough yarn feeding bell mouth, the third rough yarn feeding bell mouth and the fourth rough yarn feeding bell mouth.
