Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a power and efficiency during high load operation at an ambient temperature exceeding a practical minimum temperature by providing a first set of nozzles to perform spray in ambient air in a position adjacent to a duct inlet and a second set of nozzles in a position near a compressor inlet and distributing water to the first and second sets of the nozzles. SOLUTION: Manifolds 32 and 34 are provided to comprise a weather louver or a weather hood 24, an air filter 26, and spray nozzles 28 and 30 for saturation. Water manifolds 46 and 48 for supersaturation having water nozzles 50 and 52 are situated in the vicinity of a compressor inlet bell mouth 44 and along one side of a duct 36. Water is fed to water manifolds 46 and 48 for supersaturation through pipings 56, 58, and 60 and to water manifolds 32 and 34 for saturation through pipings 56, 62, and 64 by a pump P. Through management of a feed of water saturation and supersaturation, gas turbine performance is increased in the total limit of a gas turbine part.

Abstract: The utility model discloses a robot for paint spraying of a casting pipe bell mouth. The robot comprises a spray gun, a base, a driving device and a protective mechanism, wherein the driving device is arranged on the base, and drives the spray gun to perform rectilinearly-moving and circular motion for paint spraying; the protective mechanism clamps a casting pipe tightly and shields the outer cylindrical surface of the casting pipe; the spray gun is provided with two nozzles which are arranged vertically, one nozzle is used for spraying the end surface of the bell mouth, and the other nozzle is used for spraying the inner surface of the bell mouth; and the spray gun can autorotate by taking the axis of the casting pipe as a central line. Compared with the prior art, the paint-spraying robot realizes automatic paint spraying of the casting pipe bell mouth, saves labor force, improves working efficiency, improves surface quality of paint of the bell mouth, reduces paint waste, and saves production cost.

Abstract: The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a side push bell mouth panel and a deflector, comprising the following steps: selecting a base surface of a tire frame; Projecting the contour linesof the side pushing bell mouth enclosure plate and the air guide plate on the hull outer plate onto the base surface of the jig frame; setting a first upright column group and a second upright columngroup; welding a jig template on the upper ends of the first column group and the second column group respectively to complete the jig manufacturing; Lifting a plurality of processed and molded shroudboards to the tire frame respectively and fixing the plurality of shroud boards and the tire frame template respectively; splicing and fixing the side push bell mouth shroud and the air guide plate;the side push bell mouth shroud plate and the air guide plate are separated from the tire frame template respectively and the integral structure after the side push bell mouth shroud plate and the airguide plate are spliced and molded is obtained. The invention provides a manufacturing method of a side pushing bell mouth shroud and a deflector, which can save time for bulk loading of a ship slip,improve the working efficiency of the ship slip, and ensure the accuracy of the bell mouth shroud and the deflector.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sirocco fan having low noise and high performance is provided to reduce the noise generated from an inlet and to increase the performance thereof by realizing the equal suction flow field. CONSTITUTION: A sirocco fan having low noise and high performance is composed of a bell mouth(50). The bell mouth is projected into the upper area and has different sectional faces according to the azimuth on the basis of the rotary direction of an impeller. The flow passing through the bell mouth is changed by each part to be fitted into the three-dimensional flow if the bell mouth is formed to be partially different according to the azimuth of the rotation direction of the impeller. Therefore, the sirocco fan improves the flow and reduces the noise by decreasing the resistance of the flow.
